first cycle of deca

hi i just finished my first week of deca...im 6ft in decent shape but no real tone can someone give me an idea of what kind of results i can expect, my workout routine has thus far been excellent along with my diet...thanks

dude, first week and you're already expecting something just b/c you are taking some juice ??? have patience for cryin out loud. deca has one of the slowest times to begin working, so wait about 3 / 4 weeks.

Age, diet, stats, goals? Did you have any previous knowledge of A/S before you started? Do you have clomid for post cycle? Have you been researching on the board at all?

We need these questioned answered before we can help you out bro.

i did a ton of research before starting the cycle and know what i need to do or at least i think i do but any input you have would be really appreciated..im 29 weigh 195 bench only like 130-150 aqnd do struggle with that....i've worked out in the past for long periods of time and just never seem to put on any muscle..i do have the clomid...next week i also start with sustanon in addition to my 3 cc of deca

Can you put up your whole cycle, it would help greatly.

Why didn't you start the test when you started the deca?

You probably need to lift heavier weights. Most people will tell you not to do AS if you can't bench your body weight.
