hello I am 6'2 196lbs. 12%BF. This is my 6 cycle, but 1st one in 5 years. Played football in college. Went from 180lbs to 240lbs in about 31/2 years. Those were the fun days. took lots of deca, anadrol, winny, sus. you name it I took it. didn't have a choice if I wanted to play. Back in the gym after a couple light years of lifting. I have a good base but want to add about 15 or 20lbs, with minimal body fat. I workout 5 days. chest/tris - back/bis. legs - shoulders/traps. 3 days a week cardio for 45 min. also play pick up games of f football and bball. I will bump cardio up to 5 days on weeks 10 to 14.
I am working on chest. it is very weak.

3.) hammer strength iso/chest
4. skull crushers
5.) bench dips/ weighted
6.) tricept pull downs
7.)1 arm tricept pull downs (5 count)
I am open to any suggestions.
