Does any1 know where to begin for a man my age with the "Steroid" use...I'm currently wrkin out 5 days a week...Mon=Chest&Tri Tues=Back&Bi's. Weds=Shoulders. Thursday=squats&calf. Friday=hams&quads. Bench 315=4sets,8reps and so on. been doin this for bout 2 and a half months...would love to get stronger....i'm 6'1"...291lbs
