    Good man.

    Good luck.

    Narkissos

It may be just my body position when doing deadlifts, I think I lift more with my legs whereas when I did Stiffies, my back is straighter to stretch the hams, and bent over more.
That seems to be the position that hurts the lower back for me anyway.
Its the same with Shrugs. It seems I can do the plate loaded machine with a grip on each side of my body,( 630 X15) but when I do Olympic Bar standing shrugs, it causes pain in my lower back. I have damaged disc and two operations on my back

I can't do bent T bar rows, but I could do them leaning on a bench or pad on a Tbar machine.
Up until last week, I couldnt do standing barbell shoulder presses. I always had to do them seated. Last week I started using a light barbell and was able to do it with not too much discomfort to the lower back. I just have to watch what and how I do things

Like you said, I will just need to improvise to help the lagging parts

    Thanks!!

I am sure some of it is due to the steroids Skull, especially since I am on Tren . But just the digestive system having to kick in every time to burn the food causes an increase in temp.....

Another reason why I feel Marcus does such short bursts to keep less strain on the body overall.
Also are you planning on having bloodwork done during and after the cycle to see how your body is responding to this kind of plan? These would be good things to see in the log.
Yes your right and I am sure he wont last his full cycle eating and gaining like he is. Thats why I ask him for updates. He will have some options when the gains slow or stop.

I am a firm beleiver that the body will slow down and the ratio of muscle to fat swaps around, be intresting to see which week this happens with the extreme eating he is doing.

    Week 4 day 2

Not sure what happened yesterday. It was Sunday, my day off to just eat and rest and that is all I did.
I took in more whole meals and NO shakes than any other day in this entire cycle and yet I woke up this morning at 249
So I seem to hit another lag in the growth spurt

Seems by your weight fluctuating so much your fluid retention is up there. I'd check my BP on a regular basis and try to limit sodium intake a bit more.

Yeah I thought of that. I have increased my water consumption, and I do not add salt to anything, but since I am not eating "clean" I am sure there is a ton in the thin steaks that I eat daily.....

    thanks IBd

    Week 4 day 7

After 4 full weeks on this cycle, my weight is stuck at around 252 but my strength continues to go up each week as I am adding weight to every lift so far.

The problem (and I apologize to Marcus) is for the last week I have not been able to Eat the way I started the first 3 weeks.
My mother is dying and is in the hospital now, so every spare moment I have been at her side. I even take a cooler with me with meal replacement shakes, but we all know that won't put on the pounds. They are not giving her much longer maybe a few days, then will have to deal with all the funeral things and family.
SO, I apologize that this log and cycle experiment with extreme eating may not end up the way it started.
I am still up about 20 lbs, and if I can hold on to most of that, then I can try and redo this heavy bulk at a later date!!

Its hard to think about diet and eating properly when you have much more serious matters at your hands.

sorry to hear bout your mum bro, dont worry about weight AT ALL when you're running 770mg of tren -a a week.. its a guide, the mirrors what you want. Disagree with the masteron , but rest looks good.. keep it up

family first too bro, dont be scared to drop this cycle at the 6wk mark if it needs to be. Gains will slow anyway, youre hitting hard and quick with that much tren.. gains willl definately slow, plus if you cant go 100% think about future cycles. Comeoff at the 6wk mark and you're good to go again with only a little break, rather then halfassing(familyfirst no judgement) a 14weeker

Also if mass is a problem and eating gets tough based on your family, lookat some IGF-1.. youd just pickup a mg, lookat 40mcg daily till you're back on your feet. Sounds modest, but i find it great to keep weight on you, i went thru rehab for an injury and only dropped 7lbs(measurements were near the same, waist down) despite being bedridden for 3weeks eating 2500cals at best daily

Thanks superstar, I may stop this cycle if I can't get back to my routine in a week or so. Once all the family stuff is done, I will need the gym and something to focus on to get me through this and I know my mom wouldn't want me to be depressed for her. after all, she is with the angels now!!!

fortunately...we got most of the funeral arrangements done today, so I have tomorrow, Friday and Saturday to get this weeks workouts in. I think it will do me good to push some Iron before the viewing and funeral.

    Week 5 day 5

First day back at the gym since my mom's passing. Weight is staying at 251 due to not being able to eat right this past week. BUT strength is still going up. all my weights increased for each exercise and increased reps.

Will get current pics up soon

OK, we are at the half way point now. Week 7 day 2

Weight has held at 253 and after all the funeral stuff I don't think that is too bad.
Strength however continues to increase so that is a good thing.

Having a hard time with the food now. The extreme eating is taking its toll on me as it seems like all I do is eat, prepare to eat, or just finish eating and feel like BLAH!!!

The Masteron starts next week and I am anxious to see how it does closing out the cycle.

    Thanks for following.....

i know what that kind of eating is like bro...as delicious as lasagna and chicken burgers are it gets tough..lol
props for sticking with shit through tough times..im vey sorry to hear bout what you're going through..but i think what youve managed to maintain through it is worthy of credit, and shows dedication.
i see youve been getting stronger every work out it seems..what are the lifts at now? what kind of strength increases have you made?
when you get a chance, get those new pics up...im very interested in seeing an extra 20 lbs on ya.
good luck with the rest of your cycle and thanks for keeping this log!

OK, I will have to work on my pics... my photographer and i broke up during all this.

but here is a sample of lifts from the beginning to now ( don't laugh too hard, I am old remember)

    WEEK 1 of cycle

Chest- Flat Dumbell press= Max 100 for 5
Shoulders- Standing Olympic bar press= Max 135 for 6
Back- Wide Grip cable pulldown= 250 for 4
    Standing Nautilus leverage SHRUGS= 540 for 10
Leg Press (bad back so days of 600lb squats are over for me) = 630 for 10

WEEK 5 of cycle (post funeral)

    Chest- Incline Dumbell Press= 120 for 4
    Flat bench press= 315 for 3
    Shoulders- Standing OB press= 205 for 3
    Bis - Olympic Bar Curls= 135 for 4
    Back Wide Grip Pulldown= 275 for 4
    Olympic bar shrugs = 405 for 8
    Standing Nautilus leverage shrugs= 810 for 10
    Leg Press= 630 for 8

Again, this is just a sample, not the complete workouts. and certainly not all on the same days. Each week the workouts alter a bit from dumbells to free weights. I just gave one or two examples from each workout. and only the numbers from the last sets of each

    Hope this helps

    WEEK 7 Day 6

Once again Marcus proves he knows his shvt !!!

Taken his advice once again, i took an extra day off this week, yesterday, and did nothing but Eat and sleep. Literally I got up to eat, and set my alarm and went back to bed the entire day.
Also increased calories a bit and finally broke through the wall again

Thursday I woke up at 255
Friday (this morning) I woke up at 257

Yesterday was the last day of the Tren A in the cycle and the First day of adding the Masteron at 75mgs/ED

I will be working out today, then going to an incredible seafood buffet tonight that includes all you can eat LOBSTER, crab legs and other incredible seafood, so I have a feeling I will be seeing 260 shortly

Had my first bad day at the gym on Wednesday...felt dead, no motivation and only did half a shoulder workout, but figured I would listen to my body and not push it.

    THANKS...........SMAN

Still showing some ab lines but not deep cuts so I would guess at still under 20%

I have one of those expensive hand held bodyfat machines( it said 22%) that suck and don't give much accuracy for bodybuilders.

I will try to get up some pics soon. maybe tonight along with updated measurements

    Week 9 Day 1

OK Its the start of week 9. Weight is struggling but still at 253

It has been 10 days since dropping the Tren A and switching to the Masteron at 75mgs/ED This may be part of the reason it is becoming harder to keep the weight on. Along with the personal and mental struggles. I have noticed that my stamina is coming back and I don't need a nap now right after putting on my socks !!

I dipped below 250 for the first time since breaking it, and felt like I had NOTHING in the gym last week.

But, Thanks to MARCUS, and his motivational words of wisdom, I was able to push through the barricade that was holding me back and get the weight back up over the 250 mark !!!

The plan now is to give the Masteron another week to see if it is doing anything or to just stop the cycle and taper back down to my HRT dose of Test. I have also started a dose of Dbol to see if this will help in the gym next week.

All in all, this has been a very successful cycle so far as I have easily put on at least 25 lbs.

If I could get the same results again, i would run the same cycle in the future and become an even bigger beast at 275!!

    More to come.................
