Cardio everyday. I would not even cosider using fat burning drugs unless your cardio is at least 30mins daily. The other most important factor is diet. If it is not totally on point then you need to work on it.
its mostly dieting and just doing what beast said, 30 min of cardio a day. if you have at least a 3500 calorie deficit per week youll lose a pound a week. go to the diet forum to find some good shit.
if i do cardio everyday, at least 30min, will it promise me some cuttin results for my muscles?

most important thing is cleaning up your diet, eating six to 8 meals consisting of lean protein and fibrous carbs and cutting out the saturated fat... but getting your daily doses of good fats like your fish oils. etc. If possible do your cardio on an empyt stomach right away in the morining....
