    My cycle Log

    Ok.. I will kind off post my log ..lol... 6 feet ..212...body fat 14-16%....first cycle ever...it is a sustanon only for 10 weeks ..500 a week shot on.. Monady 125..Wed 125..Fri 250...I am currently in my second week... will keep posted... ( not too much though...cause I have come to see sometimes it gets boring..lol..)..just pic etcc.... also im taking...natural estrogenx by hi-tech and also something to help prostat...By now I havent seen any results yet..but from what Ive red that is typical sustanon ( thnx to this site of course I know all these info )...ohh yeah the man in my avator is Brian Peppers..yess...THE BRIAN PEPPERS...

    this is how I look when I started.. yess I will get some Tan..and you guys will fist fight me if you know where I live...sunny 24/7...lol

    big progres on your pics man , ill be watching your thread, ive got my cutting cycle going too, im getting zero play from anybody (no posts) so i figured id post up to say GL and ill be watching, whats your diet BTW?

    My Diet till Now is about 300 grams of protein...the calories havent count them but My diet is pretty solid... Morning 8 EGGS ONLY 1 OR 2 yolks...1 can of tuna 7 oz.. then 8 oz chicken breast/or steak depends... I take 4 scoops of my whey pro..but on diffrent times , and you know the usual cottage cheese,peanut butter unsalted , but not like I have a paper which I follow each day..I just eat what I have to.... I take multi vitamins b-complex....Brian Peppers is a sex offender..lol... Ill be watching your log now..the reason why nobody posted maybe is because your in the beginning probably...but they do read it, believe me!..and thnxx for the feed back....good luck with your goals too!
