Sustanon 250 & Deca

hey guys, im doing a second steroid cycle and im going to be using sustanon 250 and deca. It lasts 10 weeks. Im gonna keep the deca at 200mg a week. 250mg of sus the first week then up to 500mg for 8 weeks, then go bak down to 250mg for the last week. Is deca ok at 200mg for the whole cycle. Wat u think? thanks

200mg of deca will just barely lube the joints, not enough for any muscle building results IMO. Also I find that I benefit from frontloading the sust since it takes so damn long to actually kick in.

oh ok. so basically i might aswell keep the sus at 500mg for all 10 weeks. and up the deca to 300mg or 400mg. If i was to take 300mg of deca at one stage in a cycle, how would i do it. The whole 300mg on the same day? or say like 1ml and a half on monday, then another 1ml and a half on thursday.

Go with 500 on the sust and 400 on the deca, that should be nice for a 2nd cycle. Do the deca 1x per week and the sust at least twice if not 3 times per week.

I would mix the deca with all shots because I did sus and it hurt like hell.
