Current body weight.. 267 with noticeable strength gains... I think that I am retaining a few lbs of water but nothing crazy... not too bloated... at all...

Since my last post got erased... I decided to skip the 15mg step and drop to 10mg ed..... I started on Sunday. Only doing this so that I can get a month off before my next real cycle... which I'm planning for May 1st

Last dose today at 9:30am... tis my day off btw....
Current body weight 267.5lbs.... I started at 258... plus I have noticed a reduction of bodyfat....but unfortunately was unable to measure before and after. But as we can see there was a 9.5lb increase in 3 weeks not including the bodyfat I lost I would speculate somewhere around 13-15lbs total gain... from what I can see I am not retaining too much water... but as I stated earlier there will no pct this go round so I can only assume that some of my gains will be lost but I have notice no reduction in sperm production or a decreased libido..not that it in anyway implies my HPTA wasnt inhibited in anyway... just a note.... this last dose was 10mg... as it was for the past 7 days...during the next week I will reduce the intensity of my workouts and I will update in about a week with my body weight and some new pics....

I just have learnt that its better to think before doing. Too many people in this board and generally go to AAS without any natural base or knowledge of nutrition.

you definately did not gain 15 pounds in 3 weeks. sorry, speculate that your not holding too much water and losing bf but the truth is that you have gained a significant amount of water which is not noticeable to you. muscle doesnt grow over night and you definately didnt average .62 to .71 pounds of muscle gain a day. my guess, with all those unnecessary calories, its probably 5 or 6 pounds of water, 2 to 3 fat, and 2 to 3 muscle.

dude, everyone is trying to help you..and your snapping back with excuses and smart comments. i dont understand why you would want to do a dbol only cycle at this BF% either. why? it bloats you and makes you look even fatter ( not to sound mean). but like everyone is telling you, if you were to just lean down, and take the dbol at a lower bf% im sure you would be much more satisfied then you will be with what you are doing now...but whatever dude...its your gut
