    You cant lump all brown or all white rice into one category research it bud... there are other factors that play into the GI of the rice

    Current body weight.. 267 with noticeable strength gains... I think that I am retaining a few lbs of water but nothing crazy... not too bloated... at all...

    Absolutely I noticed, my chest and shoulders are filling in (started hitting em harder) and my back is getting thicker...also a small reduction in my bf% which is surprising considering the small dose

    Since my last post got erased... I decided to skip the 15mg step and drop to 10mg ed..... I started on Sunday. Only doing this so that I can get a month off before my next real cycle... which I'm planning for May 1st

    Last dose today at 9:30am... tis my day off btw....
    Current body weight 267.5lbs.... I started at 258... plus I have noticed a reduction of bodyfat....but unfortunately was unable to measure before and after. But as we can see there was a 9.5lb increase in 3 weeks not including the bodyfat I lost I would speculate somewhere around 13-15lbs total gain... from what I can see I am not retaining too much water... but as I stated earlier there will no pct this go round so I can only assume that some of my gains will be lost but I have notice no reduction in sperm production or a decreased libido..not that it in anyway implies my HPTA wasnt inhibited in anyway... just a note.... this last dose was 10mg... as it was for the past 7 days...during the next week I will reduce the intensity of my workouts and I will update in about a week with my body weight and some new pics....

    10mg/day is pretty much a theraputic dose. Unless you're seeing doctors cramming Nolvadex down peoples' throats who have swelling problems, I doubt this guy will need it.

    you definately did not gain 15 pounds in 3 weeks. sorry, speculate that your not holding too much water and losing bf but the truth is that you have gained a significant amount of water which is not noticeable to you. muscle doesnt grow over night and you definately didnt average .62 to .71 pounds of muscle gain a day. my guess, with all those unnecessary calories, its probably 5 or 6 pounds of water, 2 to 3 fat, and 2 to 3 muscle.

    dude, everyone is trying to help you..and your snapping back with excuses and smart comments. i dont understand why you would want to do a dbol only cycle at this BF% either. why? it bloats you and makes you look even fatter ( not to sound mean). but like everyone is telling you, if you were to just lean down, and take the dbol at a lower bf% im sure you would be much more satisfied then you will be with what you are doing now...but whatever dude...its your gut

    That is a great idea. You will definitely keep all of your gains this way.

Because I'm goona start cutting May 1st... and I have gained 9 solid pounds of muscle bro... and I got checked at 19.5% BF your guys were right I am up there but I figure 1 14 week cutter will get me nice a lean for my 25th Bday.... so I am very happy with the results... by lean I am only shootin for around 10ish % anyway so that would be a loss of 26lbs which would put me at 240ish but I'm expecting some muscle loss so I wanna come in around 235.... is my goal

    I read your thread. You are not going to be 220 at 10% bf. You do not listen to advice and have poor eating habits. You would have to lose a lot more than 30 lbs. to get to 10%. I would say 50+. But good luck. If I hadn't read your thread I might have agreed with you.

    If you look at post 17. You will see that you must not have the best diet in the world and post 89 says you lost a little bf. My question is how you got this 19.5%? Unless it was hydro static you are off. You were 25%+ in your photos on 3/14.

    I have posted my diet on this thread so you are aware of my eating habits... I NEVER once said I was dieting.... I just posted my daily macro consumption for all to read........ It was an error on your part to assume I was attempting to loose any weight at this point....post 89 was just an update... In fact I stated the purpose of this numerous times..... and far as the test I had a buddy at the gym who has had experience with calipers clip me....
