What the HELL is the point of taking dbol and building muscle if you cant see it?.... your cals should be around 2800-3000 and gradually decreased from their IMO... GL bro..

Just to sumarize bro, and i swear im only trying to be helpful because i once was in that bulk mode... But Your NUMBER ONE priority is to lose BF, foget the dbol , forget gaining strength or size, focus on diet cardio, circuit training or something Along those lines jm2c
