Looking good so far. You can REALLY see a difference in your chest/shoulders/arms. Way more defined than in the first pictures.

Ok back on track guys... down to 197 and the weights coming off nicely, Im still maintaining size as well... i got gyno surgery coming up in a couple weeks as well.

Wow... Talk about depressing...
Its been about 8 months and Ive been out of the gym since september due to some inside information that im being investigated for Gear Use and distribution... Being monitored because I use performance enhancers is pathetic... But Im looking to start this up after next week... But for those who were staying posted - I gained everyback and then some and Look horrible... But Ive changed commands and have been under the radar for a good month so its time to get back into the groove and knock that fat back off...
Ill post pics and stats up within the week...

Well... Its been 4 months since ive last posted in here, the week of the last post I got in a lot of trouble. Im not going to get into specifics just to stay on the safe side.
As of right now im 210lbs and probably around 20%bf.
Ill post a pic tomorrow. Im out of shape but i havent lost much strength which is a pleasant surprise.
I plan on getting back on track and staying on for good. I have an excellent diet planned - back on clen and back in the gym.

Ok so after the post - I worked the back
I did:
4 sets of pull ups
3 sets of tbar rows
3 sets of upright rows
4 sets of shrugs
3 sets of reverse lat pull downs
30 minutes of cardio (15 bike 15 elliptical)
Today I only had time to just do chest with no cardio.

TOday was a shoulder day -
then 45 minutes of cardio - 15 minutes on treadmill - 15 minutes on Elliptical - 15 minutes on bike all at 140- 150bpm. Taking about 100mcgs of clen daily...
38.8 inches diameter waist (naval line) - Upsetting. But im stickin with it and not letting down. Anyone have any suggestions as far as cardio and diet go?

Here I am yesterday I believe. Lets call this day 1. What a shame. But I plan on killin it with a good diet and alot of cardio... I convinced myself that 5 days a week of cardio and 4 days a week of lifting is very appropiate. +7 inches on my waist is just unacceptable.

Rest day... and it feels terrific. 6 days straight of abuse and Im taking a breather.
Taking waist measurements today shocked the shit out of me. 36.9in at naval line.
Is that even right? 1.9 inches in a week? Still at 100 mcgs of clen ... ready to bump it up to 125mcg

I dont know whats goin on here... but maybe i was bloated during the first measurement. Im at 35.9in around the waist. No im not starving myself. Today is off day number 2. Tomorrow Ill be back in the gym.

Still at 35.9 inches... Did 30 minutes of cardio and a mild back work out. I got a question for all of you. A buddy of mine offered me a fresh bottle of Sust. He had it left over from his stack and offered it to me. Im so inclined in taking it but how much longer do you guys think i should wait?

Well. Until you get your diet 100% perfect, and tranining regime 100% perfect, and gotten all the results out of it, naturally (Meanining years), but hey, I know that's not going to happen, so just 100% perfect diet and training regime and you'll be on your way I guess. Good luck.

Well as far as training goes, I have been doing it for 5 years, with 2 breaks. 1 last 4 months and 1 lasting 6 for circumstances out of my hands. As far as my training regimen goes its pretty spot on. I have done extensive research on every angle of what I want to achieve and i get great results.
My diet is extremely strict, however it isnt specific. In other words I change shit up alot while keeping the exact same numbers(calories/protein/sugars/fat/ etc etc).
Im not at all new to the steroid world either. My question wasnt an uneducated one, but more of a matter of opinion. Clearly I plan on taking it, but peoples opinions on here will persuade my decision. While I plan on doing a nice 6 month cycle starting January/Feb, this is the only compound available to me at the moment and I am lookin for a small boost.

Cant get pics to work... but here are my stats...
Currently 202 lbs... waist - 34.8
4 inches off of my waist... and 8 lbs in 2 weeks...
While im sure most of it is water weight I still see a huge difference.
Ive lost no strength what so ever, and even feel alittle stronger.
I gotta be extremely careful these next 2 weeks, seeing as the fat rebound from getting off clen is usually strong. But im confident that Ill keep it off.

Sunday I did chest, 45 minutes cardio... Yesterday I did arms, 30 minutes cardio... Today is back day. For thursday I need a good new leg exercise, because my leg workout routine sucks.

I kinda skimped on the back workout today, and skipped out on cardio... I think I just needed a breather. Tomorrow ill go back in hittin it harder. Shoulders tomorrow.

Shoulder day today... pretty nice, 30 minute cardio. Low intensity.
Diet - Breakfast I had a salad with strips of chicken no dressing with a watermelon side...
Snack - Peanut butter on hole week
Lunch I dont remember... lol
Snack more pB on WW
Dinner, Tuna and american on whole wheat toast with protein shake.

Created a new routine, and hit arms hard today... along with heavy cardio... Lookin at 199lbs on the ol scale. Lookin at 34" even today... 20 more lbs left to drop.

Did a pretty nice back workout today and then took it outside to attempt some cardio on the track. While I got a killer HIIT workout on the track... im never doing it again. Every stride was hell, it was incredibly hot and im just to slow. Not for me. Ill stick to machines.
Waist is now 33.9... im getting there...
I know i keep changing my mind and all - but im not going to bulk until my waist is down to 28 or 29 inches.

Missed a post yesterday...
I did shoulders, no cardio. The gym clerk (friend of mine) got a phone call to close the gym early so I had to cut my work out short. That shit pissed me off.
Today will be legs,traps, and dead lifts.
Tomorrow I start up the Clen all over again for a nice 2 week run.

Yesterday I did legs... at my new gym, ballys... Im tired of my gym closing when ever the **** it wants... so i just got a stupid membership for 30 a month.
