As of now - none.
But when you first take it, the first 3-4 days is hell. Make sure you have plenty of Ibuprofen handy and definitely make sure you drink plenty of water. The shakes can be unbearable if you dont take it in increments.
Overall, this stuff is pretty bad ass. I havent lossed any muscle, really. My diet is super strict (now), and my workout routine is like clockwork. If your not careful during your off weeks, you can have a rebound in fat before you could blink.

Yup... benadrl(diphenhydramine) is what you need to replenish your beta receptors because clen burns them out and becomes useless after 2 weeks roughly. 50mg of benadryl ED for 2 weeks.

Waist is at 32.9....
Im eating and eating and eating and cant seem to get full... i dunno if my metabolism is through the roof or what but I eat like 6-7 times a day and have a slight hunger feeling all day. I can see the top part of my abs but I still have that spare tire.
Going 1 more month, then bulking around september or october.

is that a good idea to run clen on pct? there is no proof it is anti-catabolic..also makes other hormones less effective...did you run any supps on it? cla, carnitine, ala? good progress so far!

I feel that running clen during pct is one of the smartest things you can do. I didnt run any supps what so ever. Only sides I got were the shakes.

Shoulders and legs combined today no cardio... not enough time or gas... I have -5 dollars in my checking... im broke till the 1st and my food supply is running out. 197lbs... ate like garbage yesterday... wound up on a mission to VA and only place was this fast food chinese restauraunt... shitty... i feel disgusting... eh... whatever the case - Im still in it am still workin on losing more weight. 2 more weeks and im adding sust to the equation.

Ok so back in it full throttle... did an awesome legs work out today... cardio - the works... the scales say 198 but I look leaner... than when i was at 196 i dunno... my waist is at 33" but i just look more cut.

Chest day - I think i over did it alittle...
Fat bench - warmup with 135
1st set -225 for 5
2nd set - 245 for 4
3rd set 245 for 2
4th set 265 for 3.
Incline -
1st set - 135 for 8
2nd set - 185 for 6
3rd set - 185 for 6
No dip bars or decline bench so I did incline and decline pushups
1set - 25 incline/25 decline
2set - 10 incline/10 decline
3rd set - 3 incline/1 decline lol
No cardio - i do cardio mon-wed-fri and sat now
Im off the clen and just keeping the diet clean... the weight is coming off alot slower and the inches arent moving...
August 15th im going to start my sust/clen journey see how it works out.

Well Ive plateau'd... Im stuck at 32" and 198 +/- 2lbs. Im off the clen and my diet is in check... cardio 4 days a week and 5 days of lifting.
Waiting until sept/oct now for juice w/ clen. But will not stop working ouot.

Ive been off of clen for a very long time now - prob a solid month.
Some how one of my sust bottles disappeared so Im picking up another bottle soon - and then am going to do a bulk diet but use clen the whole 10 weeks.

bro you need to switch up your diet and up the cardio! not flaming but you started this thread a yr ago and theres a only a slight difference in the pics from then and now. and why would you even be goin on a bulk cycle when your bf% is already high, but yet you say you need to loose 10lbs of fat... . just drop the gear until you really reach where you wanna be! itll just be a waste of money!

yeah yeah what? Whatever you may want to believe - 6 and a half inches and 20lbs +/- 3 in 3 months is pretty decent. And to say that I would be wasting my gear because im not ripped is completely ignorant. What does extra fat on the body have anything to do with how a compound will work?
Like i stated before - I am going to get down to 180lbs than bulk. I weighed myself today - 191lbs. Lowest ive been is 189... i figure 10 more lbs will bring me to my goal physique.

Bulking is harder to screw up than cutting imo, I think cycles are better for cutters. Its just that most people here relate high bf% with lack of experience, which not all the time is true.

My weight keeps bouncing around the 190s... i just weighed in at 198 but look no different from when i weighed 193. I dunno what the deal is. But either way... onward!!!
Abs are coming in and its pretty exciting to see... Day 1 of sust starts on sunday... 500mg/wk for 10 weeks but i plan on sticking with the clen the whole time. Well see how well it works out.
