Well Im just coming off of a Deca/Eq stack and about to begin my PCT.
Im going to use this time to throw in some Clen and Try to knock as much fat off as possible while on PCT.
Here Are my measurements
Height - 68"
Weight - 193lbs BF%= One site suggested 13.9 while another is 17.4.
Neck - 15.5" Flexed -16.5"
Chest - 42" Flexed - 42"
Waist - 34"
Thighs - Left Thigh - 24" Flexed 25"
Right Thigh - 24" Flexed 25"
Calves - Left Calf - 16.5" Flexed 17"
Right Calf - 16.5" Flexed 16.75
Wrists - Both Left and right are 7"
Arm (Bis/tris) - Left Arm - 15" Flexed- 16"
Right Arm - 14.75" Flexed 16.75"
Forearms - Left Forearm - 12" Flexed - 12.75"
Right Forearm - 13" Flexed - 13.5"
My Goal: Lose 4-5% of fat and not lose a great amount of muscle in the process.
Ill be taking Letro/Clomid/and Clen for approximately 35 days together... stopping the PCT than continuing the Clen until Ive reached my goal.
Diet will contain a high amount of protein... a low amount of Fat... minimal Carbs and very low sugars and salts.
