here am i after having read all the info i could on this forum and many websites.
ive been workin for almost 2 years (only shakes and a lousy diet), i am 22, 152 pounds, 10% BF, 5'11'', and im ready to start my first cycle.
so this is how i wanna give it a try.
-Cycle-
Deca 1ml Wk 1-6
Primo 1ml Wk 2-6
Winny 1ml Wk 1-6
Proviron 20mgs/day
-Diet-
Breakfast:
4 Egg whites, 1 cup oats and a banana
Snack 1:
Fruit juice and 2 tins of tuna
Snack 2:
some fruit (grapes, dried apricots, apple)
Lunch:
roast-beef, turkey sandwich with lettuce and tomato,
Snacks and Shakes:
Pre-W snack (some yogurt), Post-W protein shake
Dinner:
Grilled/broiled shicken breast or steak,
mixed green salad (with no dressing)
-Workout-
monday: chest/back/abs
tuesday: shoulders/bi/tri/abs
wednesday: legs/abs
thursday: off day, pm cardio 45 mins
friday: chest/bi/traps/abs
saturday: am cardio 45 mins/abs
sunday: am cardio 45 mins/abs
i know i got to add some clomid as PCT but what i do not know is how much of it, any suggestions?
what do you think about my cycle? what would you recommend me?
im planning to start this cycle in one month
