well i wasnt going to keep a journal but this is a good way for me to track some results as i always lose the papers i write them down on.lol.. i am on my 5th cycle ever. i have never run tren til now. i am 9 days in now. my starting stats were roughly like this. weight 183lbs 5'7" would say roughly 12 percent bf. 17 1/2" arms 14inch forearms, 32" waist. my legs are far behind because of knee surgeries i had last year but they are coming along. hopefully can post pics soon
here is my cycle
weeks 1-2
sust 750mgs/week shot eod
tren a 525mgs/week shot eod
then i will be switching to
sust 500mgs week eod wks 3-10
tren a 525mgs week eod wks 3-8
not going to post my pct because its pretty much what everyone elses usually is. and it always works for me.
so 9 days in. i weighed in today at 190lbs. feel stronger in the gym. dont see anything yet just the stregnth. i do get a little fatigue between sets. not sweating at night yet tho i do feel warm and i wake up a couple times throughout the night. i dont have trouble yet falling back to sleep.
