    I shot the ghrp-6 pre workout in my leg and then lifted legs. I had a greazt workout and felt pumped the whole time. I got back to squatting heavy, although i was on the smith machine. i did 315 for my last set of 10 and felt like i could go alot heavier but i think i have lost some strength in my lower back and didnt want to push it. Im in no rush to hurt myself again.
    Weight is at a steady 226. I might have dropped another percet in bf. I will have my coach measure my bf tonight or the next day.

    hey man great log, read this bad boy before I started my stuff on sat. I'm with you on the feeling of a deep bruise, but all good. Keep on posting man, good to see others and what they do and feel.

    Just another update. Its been 4 weeks since i came off and i feel great. I was a little tired/lethargic for a couple of weeks but now i feel fine. Im going to run my pct another 2 weeks, until i run out of ancillaries. Dont think that will hurt anything but the old pocketbook.
    Im still wei***ng in at 226.5 most days. I go from 225 to 228. My lifts are all up. every single one. I feel like i am slowly losing the water weight that i gained from the cycle and replacing it with muscvle as i am still getting bigger it seems and i am definately losing fat/water weight.
    I was planning on getting blood work done and hopping back on cycle right away but now im thinking i will wait for a couple more months. Im going to try to lean up slightly and get to 230 before i start another cycle. It will never hurt to wait anyway.
    I am almost out of ghrp-6, unfortunately. I think the company has gone scammer as a friend from this board ordered and im not sure that he ever recieved anything. I really like the stuff, but i am looking forward to not jabbing everyday. Not that i hate it, but it will be nice. In the beginning of my cycle i couldnt stand it and i literally had to get myself psyched up to shoot. Once i got used to it i would look forward to injection days. But now, after all this time i will be happy not sticking for a while.
    How do the pro's deal with all the jabs they do? I would imagine to do the amounts of gear they use they have to jab multiple times a day just to get all the oil in.

    Everything is still going well. My lifts are all still going up. Im still wei***ng in at 226. I have started doing powercleans, and although my weights on it are very low (185) im sure it'll jump once i get more used to it. I havent powercleaned since high school.

    im still 226. Im taking this week off from lifting. I feel weird doing this as its something ive never volentarily done. Sure when im hurt i cant lift, but a friend of mine convinced me to take some time off to let my body heal up. Other that that i am feeling great, im sure i have been back to normal for 2-3 weeks now. I think this is going to be the end of this thread as i dont really have much more to report guys.... so until next cycle.. Bye
