Well first let me thank Tapout and all the others that helped me work out this cycle and all the info that i got from thsi site. I mean no matter how much you read or reseach alot of that stuff just sounds like greek sometimes. But hearing it from guys who have done the deed and hearing what works for them really makes it easier.
Thsi will be my first cycle. I am hoping to cut my bodyfat dramatically and add mass as well. I have been lifting on and off since high and two years ago really got into it. A car accident derailed that and in the last 8 months since i've added close to 40lbs of flabb. I'm 5'8" 200lbs.
Cycle plan:
EQ 400mg/wk week1-12

d-bol 30mg/day week1-4
Winny 50mg/day week 9-14
clomid week15-16
Clenbuterol 2 weeks on 2 weeks off cycle
eca on when off clen
Nolva tons on hand just in case
Diet: This has been my biggest problem even before teh accident. Between the beer, whiskey and soda pop it was always hard for me to get cut like i wanted to. This tiem i am busting my ass to get this straightend out. As well just found a great butcher shop that sells buffalo meat so will be switch that for beef. Also wil be mixing in 2 protein shakes a day(myoplex).
Well i will post some pics as i take them. And will update this as often as possible. My first day will be monday. Please any advice or ideas on diffrent foods, gear, even workouts schedule would be appreciated. Hell at 40lbs more than i want to be i have no pride, only heart.
