BTW, carbs are a little high. I don't know how lean you plan on staying but you'll put on a little body fat with what you're doing now. Cut the oats down to 1 cup in the morning if you start noticing you're pants are getting a little tighter around the waist.

thanx for the advice, ive always had a very high carb diet my metabolism is very fast so the carbs dont interfere wth me staying lean

had my first cheat meal in over 2 months yesterday had some fried chicken and then birthday cake later in the day, that wont happen for the rest of my cycle

im around 4000-5000 a day, yesterday i was pretty busy so it was around 3000 for the day

just picked up more test e and eq, not finished with my first vals yet, but got some new shit, its home brewed and is raved about by everyone who uses it, apparently its extremly potent, this info came from a bunch of people who i trust so i cant wait to see how it works

good work on eating clean. I've read so many logs where the bros are so into the gear but not the diet. From my experience training naturally, the diet has made more of a difference than even the different styles of training I've tried. I plan to eat real clean on my upcoming cycle as well, but pack it in. Granted I'll probably cheat once a week though. I'm not quite THAT disciplined I'm betting that pays off for you.

isnt eq supposed to increase appetite? since ive been on it im never hungry and i get filled up so quick. i have to force myself to eat

hey man gets some more pics up here. Im running a test cyp 250/wk with eq 600mg/wk right now. My appetite is way up, i eat a whole meal that would normally fill me up, and then i am still hungry. Always hungry. IF you looking to add something, im running dbol at the end of my cycle, so ill tell u howthat works out. Im about 7 weeks in for the eq, and 6 for the test, and already put on 20 lbs. You might want to run your eq higher, if you curious heres my log so far

Good to hear about your progress. 182 now on a clean diet, excellent. 5th week should be kicking ass in the gym! Looking forward to some updated pics soon. You had a strong solid lean base in your early pics, perfect for good gear. Keep up the hard work.

this is weird and kind of annoying, ive been going to bed around 185ish and waking up around 182, but this morning i woke up at 173 i went to bed at 185 wtf i did everything the same that i normally do diet was exactly the same, i thought it might just be my scale but its not this is f-ing bothering me

everyone loses weight while they sleep..i weigh around 5 lbs heavier at the end of every day.
