Just finishing 12 week Test E (500mg per week) & Equipoise cycle (300mg per week).
Weight went from 107kg to 115kg. I think I could have put on much more weight but after 5 weeks I had already hit 114kg so I tried to limit my calories. All lifts increased dramatically. Kept to the following routine:
Monday: Legs
Tuesday: Off
Wed: Shoulders, triceps, biceps
Thurs: Cardio - (boxing, spin, or run)
Friday: Cardio - (spin or run)
Saturday: Chest and back
Sunday: Cardio - (spin)
Chest development hampered by a shoulder injury, but it seems to be getting much better the past few weeks.
Acne much better this cycle (roaccutane).
My cardiovascular fitness is still very good, although the extra weight doesn't help running.
Having 3 kids under 3 years of age has made it hard - have not been able to get the diet 100% clean.
Now its time to cut for summer.
