Equi/Deca/anadrol...being stupid?
this will be my first cycle.
My age:22
My height:5'7"
My weight:150
My diet:
5am oatmeal
7am 2banana's + almonds
10am protein shake
12pm 1tin tuna/3chic breast + salad
3pm dried fruit + almonds
5pm 1tin tuna + a cup of rice
7pm 200g salmon + 1sweet potatoe + veg
9pm protein shake + dried fruit
I wanted to take:
10wks x 400mg Equi
10wks x 400mg Deca
1st 4wks 75mg anadrol /day
Is equi & deca too similar?i wanna pick up a good 15pounds,but i wanna remain solid and cut...is that possible?should i be taking anything during my cycle for side effects?and what would be the best pct?thoughts on all this would be great

ide use some testostrone ther mate but since its yer first cycle you should just go with test only 500 or 750 mg a week of test enanthat is what i see alota people startin on for 10 weeks
use all the other stuff wen test only cycles stop workin for you no point usein 2 much see how yer body reacts 2 the basics first
if you want do the 4 weeks of anadrol at the start with a test only cycle
i think you will be happy with the results

shot man,if i were to take test and anadrol would i have to take anything for sides directly after 4wks while still on test?and would taking 20mg of nolva be sufficient as a pct

on a side note work on your diet try to get about 35-40 of protein in every meal your putting it all together at once and its hard for the body to process it that way better to take throughout the day

shot bro,il work on my diet,so for a first cycle i should just go for test,how long should stay on it?10wks?at 500mg/wk?should i load the first wk?pct?

150 at 5'7 you should be able to put on another 20 lbs naturally. If you want to go for that first cycle though listen to what timtim said about 500mg/wk.

shot guys,thanks 4all the advice,yeah i agree timtim i dont know too much about it,dont wanna start immediately,just doing some research and seeing what experienced guys have to say,the thing is ive weighed the same for 2years and my strength is really decent for my weight and size,i bench 220 10reps 5sets pretty comfortably,so my strength is there...i think,just the size
