right!ive been training for 4yrs,this will be my 3rd cycle and im debating whether to go with deca or equ.

3slices wholewheat + peanut butter
200ml orange juice

50g oatmeal
2scoops protein whey
500ml skim milk

3chic breasts+200g s.pot+salad
Meal4
1 1/2tins tuna + 200g brown rice
20ml flax seed oil
Meal5
3slices wholewheat
200g cottage cheese
2scoops protein whey
Meal6
4 chic breast + 200g brown rice + 200g veg
Meal7
2slice wholewheat + peanut butter
200ml orange juice
Ok my 1st cycle was,
Wk1-12 test e 500mg
Wk1-14 nolva 10mg ed
Wk1-14 ldex .25mg ed
2nd cycle,
Wk1-12test e 500mg
Wk1-4 dbol 30mg ed
Wk1-14 nolva 10mg ed
Wk1-14 ldex .25mg ed
for my 3rd cycle i wanna go,

Wk1-10 either 400mg deca or 400ml equ
Wk1-4 dbol 30mg ed
Wk1-16 nolva 10mg ed
Wk1-14 ldex .25mg ed
Wk16-19 clomid 100mg ed
Wk16-20 Nolva 20mg ed
I know with deca il get more gains and help with miner injuries or so im told,but also stronger sides,equ il gain less but increase my appetite which is a bonus as wel as not so much water retention and bloat,which would be the best?all advice and thought and good criticsm will be awesome thanks
