My actual plan is to bulk as much as possible from now until the end of the year and try to do my first show at the beginning of next year..

I think dropping flat bench is a good idea. Focus on incline movements to really kill the upper chest. I found that heavy incline flye's helped to developed my upper chest, although it's still a work in progress. I haven't done flat bench in probably four months.Originally Posted by getpaid

I also think you look about 8% but its hard to tell since ppl store their body fat differently. Btw you look good man.

Yeah I was kind of thinking the same, 10% seemed a lil high to me, but I'm not a great judge on bf...

As for your body fat it is difficult to tell from pics, but your looking really solid.

Excellent.. You're bigger than me, but I think you'd look alot bigger if like you said hit UPPER Chest and I would add that you should hit you lats a lil more and a lil trim on lower waist would get you that SUPERMAN "V" shape... You def been workin hard. Great!
