Second cycle: Test E & Equipoise
Just finishing 12 week Test E (500mg per week) & Equipoise cycle (300mg per week).
Weight went from 107kg to 115kg. I think I could have put on much more weight but after 5 weeks I had already hit 114kg so I tried to limit my calories. All lifts increased dramatically. Kept to the following routine:
Monday: Legs
Tuesday: Off
Wed: Shoulders, triceps, biceps
Thurs: Cardio - (boxing, spin, or run)
Friday: Cardio - (spin or run)
Saturday: Chest and back
Sunday: Cardio - (spin)
Chest development hampered by a shoulder injury, but it seems to be getting much better the past few weeks.
Acne much better this cycle (roaccutane).
My cardiovascular fitness is still very good, although the extra weight doesn't help running.
Having 3 kids under 3 years of age has made it hard - have not been able to get the diet 100% clean.
Now its time to cut for summer.

lookin buff man. how old r u and whats ur height? get bloodwork done with that accutane every so often. whats ur pct like?

Day 8 of cutting diet. I'm not going to bother posting my entire diet, I'm going to stick to this diet for 8 weeks to see if it works for me. I am basically doing a 2 day carb load (moderate carbs) followed by 2 day carb deplete (very low carbs). 6 meals per day, major protein sources are chicken, tuna, eggs and beef.
Training has not changed at all.
Monday - Quads and hams & abs
Tuesday - rest
Wednesday - Shoulders, biceps, triceps
Thursday - 50 minute high intensity interval spin bike
Friday - 20 minutes stepper, 20 minutes run, 5 minutes bike
Saturday - chest and back
Sunday - 45 minute high intensity interval spin bike
Strength is still good.

2 weeks into diet .... down to 110-112kg.

3 weeks into diet, 108-110kg.

Cycle = nothing. Diet only at this stage.

I read it wrong. I thought you were just starting a cycle of Test/EQ, but you actually just finished. For diet only your doin great.
