cycle time finally

well im finally going to start my cycle monday ..i hope to keep a weekly log on here if i remember it. been looking forward to start for awhile now im syced!!!

stats 6'0 185 26 bf not sure,4000 cal intake 250 mg protein,i have diet worked out but dont wanna type it out..lol..as for supplements i have fish oil, flax oil,multi vitamin,amino acid,milk thistle... nt sure what doses i need to take of them of if i need anything else so input there would be niceas for cycle here it is....
week 1-14 test e 600mg
week 1-12 deca 400mg
week 1-4 d-bol 50mg ed
arimidex .5mg ed
pct hcg 500 iu eod last week of cycle up too pct
week 16-20 nolva 20mg/ aromasin 25mg ed
