Day something or other.... Chest/calves
Killer workout..... I weighed in at 269.5lbs and felt pretty strong today...
Flat bench warmup 135x6 225x6 275x6 295x4 315 for 3 sets of 3
Incline dumbell warmup 65lbs 6 reps 90lbs 3 sets of 10
Decline cable flies 80lbs 3 sets of 8
Standing calf raises warmup 400x10 500x8 600 for 3 sets of 6
Revers vertical legpress calf raises 180x 6 270lbs for 3 sets of 12

As an update figured I'd drop my summer cutting cycle I'm planning will include:
Test prop weeks 1-12 @ 55mg ED
Tren Ace weeks 1-9 @ 60mg ED
Winni tab weeks 7-12 @ 50mg ED
T3/T4 weeks 1-2 @ 16.7/75(respectively) Weeks 3-6 @ 33.4/150 weeks 7-10 @ 50.1/225 week 11 @ 33.4/150 week 12 @ 16.7/150
I'll be working my cardio up to 5 45 minutes sessions a week... slicing my calories to around 3000 and thinking about adding albuterol... havent decided yet....
On a side not I will be dieting with a higher carb intake in the 300-350 gram a day range.... If gains start so slow I will adjust as needed I just know from personal experience low carbs causes me to be horribly lethargic....Last edited by soulstealer; 11-13-2007 at 02:39 PM.

Bodyweight 271.5lbs
leg extensions warmup 90lbs for 3 sets of 10 super slow...
Smithmachine Squats warmup 90 x 6 180 x 6 305lbs + whatever the bar weighs 3 sets of 6
Leg press warmup 830 x 10 1010 x 8 1060 3 sets of 10
Single leg extensions 70lbs x 8 3 sets each side
Leg extensions 140lbs x 3 sets of 10 to failure....
Felt pretty strong on the leg press couldve gone heavier want to get knee wraps for that....

You're making excellent progress, All i can say so far is good job in the power department, your strength has definitely increased. However untill we see some good posing pictures we cant say a whole lot about your physique, besides that Your ****in huge. 270...damn.

Just stepped off the scale with only my sox on 268.5lbs.... I dont know what My BF is I'm thinkin around 15 %.... hard to tell with crappy photos though I know...

Thanks for the comments guys.... I'm going to take better pics not only does the camera suck in those pics so does the lighting..... I'll take some with a digi next week... in better lighting so you get a more acurate depiction of what I look like... with my camera phone it washes all the detail out...

Thanks man... my back and my legs are my two favorite muscle groups... I love em.... unfortunately my chest is lagging a little =P

watch out for that bodyfat, dont let it get outta hand.
I've done the same....get too into bulking and gaining mass where you just put more and more bf on....

Started out with Deadlift to see if I could hit 500

Interestingly enough I dropped the tren on thursday and I'm starting to notice a huge change in my body comp.... I'll see what happens when I get to the gym today as far as bodyweight... cause it seems like I was retaining alot of water...

I was right about the tren ....
Bodyweight 269lbs I dropped 5.5lbs in about 4 days had to be all water....
Thursdays my last shot of test and I'm goona continue the winni till Tuesday but drop the dose to 50mg ED I will be taking next week off from the gym also...

wow 600. thats nutty. My goals are 405 bench, 500 squat and 500 dead. 1405 lb total is pretty nuts.
You will definitely be getting more mass now that u dropped thyroid. I hate the shit but have to take an over amount of it just for energy. to gain weight on it I have to eat like a horse. I'm on 2 grains of armour a day, I believe thas 50 mcg of T3, and 150 T4? something gay like that! So dropping it ull gain pretty noticeably.

Oh really? 2 grains is less than I thought then, hell, good!
good work on the leg press, i actually totally dropped that movement. I only use the smith for squats and I just do more sets there. I am in 5 rep training at the moment and I just go up untill I couldnt get 6, (405 currently) then I drop tthe weight down and do more reps, ass to grass. Im getting great leg development out of that, and my legs are stubborn, Just sayin you might like it.

Bodyweight today 272.5lbs BF unknown....
Arms and abs today Felt pretty good... nice and strong..... after my week off I will start with slightly higher reps for everything and I'm not goona take anything all the way to failure during PCT.....

I think I remember reading a post on this forum from another user that tried hair loss shampoo as a soap (on account of the DHT combative properties of the shampoo) and he reported that it got rid of all his in cycke back acne. I never tried this myself, but it made sense when I read it.

Just figured I'd drop an update as to my mental/physical condition...
Last dose of tren was 13 days ago
Last dose of test was 6 days ago
Last dose of HCG was 4 days ago
Last dose of winni was yesterday
Last dose of aromasin was today
From here on out I'll be on nolvadex as follows
Week 1 40mg ED
Week 2 25mg ED
week 3 10mg ED
3 days @ 5mg ED
So my PCT will basically end Christmas Eve =P
I feel great no drop in libido yet.... dropped some water... havent weighed myself yet but I'm looking good if I do say so myself... A little more tired then usual but thats about it....

One thing to note though I forgot to mention is while on the tren it was actually laborious to walk from for more then 2-3 blocks I was freakin shot.... it destroyed my cardio... feeling good now though..

Interestingly enough the modified Anthony roberts PCT I ran is pretty amazing... my last dose of winni being over 72 hours ago and my last dose of test prop being over a week ago my sex drive/spermogenesis is where I would expect it to be when fully recovered from a cycle... if not a little better currently all I'm taking is nolvadex ...
