    First cycle starting this week - hoping for some nice lean gains

    HockeyRoom28's M-Drol Cycle

    OK I have been researching for a while, searching, etc, etc, and have decided to try M-Drol (Superdrol clone) as my first cycle of anything "serious." I will try to update this everyday and pictures every week since I am on here so often anyways. Here is what everything looks like.

    Pre-Stats:


    Height: 5'9 1/2"
    Weight: ~166
    Training 2 1/2+ years, 2500-3300 cal/day, aiming for 300 protein, 150-200 carb, 30-60 fat


    Week 1:
    Supporting Supps, get my body ready
    Week 2: M-Drol 10mg/day, Supporting Supps
    Week 3-4: M-Drol 20mg/day, Supporting Supps
    Week 5-8: PCT, Supporting Supps

    Goal: 10-12 pounds of dry, lean muscle

    Supporting Supps:

    Milk Thistle - 2000 mg/day (1000 mg/day Week 1)
    COQ10 - 200 mg/day
    Red Yeast Rice - 600 mg/day
    Flush Free Niacin - 1000 mg/day
    Hawthorn Berries - 1130 mg/day
    Zinc for Acne - 2 pills/day
    Multi Vitamin - 2 pills/day
    Taurine - 1000 mg/day
    Fish Oil - 2 pills/day
    Glutamine - 10 g/day
    White Flood (NO)
    Green MAGnitude (Creatine)
    Purple Wraath (BCAA/EAA)
    ON Protein
    Muscle Milk
    CytoGainer

    Taking all of the above from Week 1 - Week 7

    On Cycle:

    Competitive Edge Lab's M-Drol
    Week 2 - 10 mg/day
    Week 3 - 20 mg/day
    Week 4 - 20 mg/day

    Post-Cycle Therapy:

    Week 5:
    Clomid (from AR-R ) - 105 mg/day
    Aromasin (from AR-R) - 25 mg/day
    Myogenx - 6 pills/day

    Week 6:

    Clomid - 70 mg/day
    Aromasin - 25 mg/day
    Myogenx - 6 pills/day

    Week 7:

    Clomid - 70 mg/day
    Aromasin - 25 mg/day
    Myogenx - 2 pills/day

    Week 8:

    Clomid - 35 mg/day
    Aromasin - 25 mg/day
