31yo cycle and training log
Any help with my workouts would be nice... I'll try to track my food better so I can get input on that as well... I'll post pics sometime but I'll post my workout log after I get back from the gym tonight (log is in my car)
here's my cycle:
~3iu GH ED 0630am
125 mg tren A ED
150mg EQ EOD
250mg test EOD
31 years old 208lbs high teens BF now.. working to bulk and maybe cut some BF...
I work out 3-4 times a week... just finished reading strength training for dummies as a way to improve my workout since I fel like a dummy :) I think I'll include some of the info though most was pretty basic.
4th cycle first time using tren. I started with 125 EOD wit hteh tren but wasn'tgetting sides and dubious results (not what Iexpected) so I upped the tren a little and now I got sides now so I'll see how the gym goes tonight...
