    Test E & EQ

    21 years old Currently 6'0" 170 lbs

    12 week Test Enanthate and EQ Cycle

    600mg Test E 400mg EQ per week

    Monday/Thursday Injections 300mg Test E 200mg EQ per injection

    First Injection: Monday July 23rd

    PCT: Clomid, Liquidex, Myogenix

    Support Supps:

    Flax Oil: 3 g
    Milk Thistle:1500mg
    FF Niacin: 1000 mg
    Hawthorne berry: 1500mg ed
    RYR: 1200mg
    CoQ10: 120mg

    Diet:

    Breakfast:

    MHP Probolic SR Protein mixed with 10 oz. of 1% milk, 1g flax oil
    8 Egg Whites
    2 cups oatmeal
    1 cup Blueberries
    1g liquid L-Carnitine

    Pre Workout Meal:

    Grilled Skinless Chicken Breast
    Large Sweet Potato
    1 cups Mixed Veggies
    2 scoops Cytosport Complete Whey mixed with 10 oz. of 1% milk, 1 g liquid L-Carnitine

    During Workout:

    8 Beta Anabol by Epic Nutrition

    (8-Anabol Amino Blend: L-Leucine, L-Lysine, L-Phenylalanine L-Threonine, L-Valine, L-Histidine L-Isoleucine, L-Methionine 6 g
    Beta Alanine 3 g)


    Oatmeal Bar on the way home from the gym for carbs

    Post Workout Meal:

    2 scoops Cytosport Complete Whey mixed with 10 oz. of 1% milk, 1g flax oil and 1g liquid L-Carnitine

    20 minutes later.....

    Grilled Skinless Chicken Breast
    1 cup Brown Rice
    1 cup mixed veggies

    Dinner:

    Steak or Chicken
    Pasta/Rice/Sweet Potato
    1 cup mixed veggies

    Snack:

    PB & J on whole wheat with a glass of 1% milk (PB is all natural)

    Before Bed:

    MHP Probolic SR Protein mixed with 10 oz. of 1% milk, 1g flax oil

    If youre going to tell me Im not ready for a cycle save your breathe esp. if youre overweight and out of shape, and if youre not out of shape or overweight save your breathe anyway Ive already started my cycle and im not going to stop it now, ive reaserched aas since i was about 18 and waited until i was 21 to do a cycle i know what im doing.....i will be posting pics every couple of weeks. on the next post are my starting pics. wish me luck.....

    hahaha thanx man, i might not be ready but its just annoying when overweight and outof shape people who are 3 cycles deep and look like crap tell people they arent ready

    why Flax and 1% milk in your PWO shake? i also dont like your pb&j on whole wheat with milk as a snack. there are much better options

    but you have a good base with good vascularity.. your next course should definitely have some nandrolone in it.

    i always mix my shakes with milk makes it taste better and thats just when i happen to take my flax i dont do it for any specific reason most of the time i dont use jelly and i have pb and banana instead, but i do switch it up thats not the only thing i ever snack on it was just an example and i with look into the nadrolone

    tore my lebrum 3 days away from graduation of bmt and i was medically dscharged it was a bunch of b.s. i told them i can finish but they wouldnt let me

    dont really want to add deca into it, if you had another suggestion of something to add in let me know and how long/when i should incorporate it

    nah they said it was partially torn before training so i got an entry level separation and im not allowed to re-enter, i can join another branch of the service but im going to the police academy instead

    id definitely drop the flax from your PWO shake, and only keep the 1% milk if you absolutely must. Otherwise just keep it straight pro/carb.. can even be complex carbs imo...

    well im not really a fan of EQ to begin, but i dont see anything wrong with your current cycle. I just meant for your next course id add some Deca or Tren for sure.

    so far no strength gains. put on about 3 lbs but thats just from diet. i have noticed my muscles are very solid. and the test is making me extremly horny

    I'd suggest you up the eq dose to 600mg+ or IMO you'll be dissappointed. Good luck.

    depending on how my cycle works out some people are telling me to add something else into my stack at the end. what do you guys think? if you think its a goo idea what do you recommend?

    yea i really wasnt going to just wondering what you guys thought and i made a typo putting 400mg of eq, i have been doing 600mg of eq per week

    the pumps have started, just got back from the gym trained bi's/tri's and i had the most insane pumps ever it felt like my arms were going to tear
