sustaplex 325
I took my first injection in my quad yesterday of sustaplex 325. I'm taking 1cc every week. Has anyone else done this before and what kind of results she I be looking foward to. This is my first cycle I'm 6ft 1 220. Any advice or knowledge anyone would like to share would be great. thanks everyone.

also, some prefer to shoot sust eod or ed due to the prop ester.
325 mgs a week isnt as much as usual cycles for test only, (500mgs/w)

this is my first cycle , what if I took two injections that would equal about 1.25 cc a week for 8 weeks would that be better than just one cc for 10 weeks?

it sounds like you should have done some research, head over to the pct forum, there are plenty of proper pcts there outlined in detail.
clomid only is not a good pct.
i wont spoon feed you the proper things you should be doing, so take a look into the pct forum to get a proper idea of what you should be doing

I'm going to up my dosage to 500 mg a week, I'm going to be taking two injections a week, I'll keep everyone posted on my gains. I took measurements before I started my cycle. Wish me luck

last week I took two injections that equaled 1.25 cc's decided that wasnt enough. Today I too .8 cc and I will take another one on friday. this will equal 520 mg of sustaplex. when should I start to feel this and see results. This is the start of week two . I cant wait I have been eating like a horse I might need to slow down lol. ONly clean stuff of course.

just lifted with the football team, I fealt stronger but I dont know if It was in my head and ther for preformed better but for sure did feel better

Today I was up to 230 lbs this morning. My strength is going through the roof. It's crazy when I lift I feel like someone else is lifting the weight for me. This stuff is great, and people are starting to question what supps I'm taking and how much I have gained. I'll keep everyone posted.

This is my first cycle and I'm loving ever bit of it. I'm gaining weight and strength is going through the roof. I'm currently taking in two injections that come to 520 mg a week. Good luck man, I'll keep you posted.

im also using sustaplex ! im finishing week 4. im up about 10 pounds, i noticed that i really am not holding very much if any water at all. i seem to be alot harder and cut not smoother. please keep us detailed, on your post pls include your progress into it by date 2nd wk 3rd wk 4th wk, somthing like that

I'm going into week three, I'm up 10 LBS, My push press went from 205lbs for 3 to 245 for 3. That seems crazy to me but true. I include more soon

well my deadlift whent from 365 x 3, at the start of my cycle and today I did 425x3. I never thought that would happen since I have never done dead lift just squats and stuff like that

tuesday will mark my 5 week mark, the strength gains are great. My legs, back, and chest are the only things realy growning on me. I can for sure see the growth in these places. I'm up 18 pounds. Only bad thing is it seems that I'm bloated or getting fat. I eat a shit ton but only clean. I'm not worried about getting fat I'll just cut it off some time. I'm hooked for life lol

for example on bench I started out doing 235 for a sets of 5, and now I'm pushing 295 for sets of 5. Football coach is loving it.

sorry for the phone pic. I'm going to try and slow down weight gain because I'm starting week six and I'm up around 20lbs. Or should I just wait till my cycle is over to cut.

list your diet. Avoid salt it will bloat you, it is often found in large ammounts in pre packed or processed food. avoid these too.

ok, It's funny that you say that. I have been eating deli meat by the tons lol. I'm a college student and sometimes it is the leanest choice of the meat. I'm from ky and we like to fry and deep fry everything

one day example...
7:20 10 egg whites, two cups of dry oats, and 8 oz fat free skim milk
9:30 am can of tuna
12:00 pm two turkey sandwiches on 100 % whole wheat bread. Mustard as a topping
2:00 pm (pre workout) 2 bananas, 1 scoop whey
lift ...
5 pm (pwo) 2 scoops whey and 1 tbsp of honey,1 cup dry oats blended into 8, oz skim milk ( yummmmmmy)
7 pm 10 oz of grilled chicken, two hand fulls of broccoli
10 before bed 1 scoop of whey . ( I have to eat before bed, its a habbit)
This is one of the better days, somedays in the cafe they only serve pizza and burgers but there is always the sandwhich line. SO i go get a sandwhich, and about three hand fulls of processed turkey to snack on during the day.Thanks for the sound advice perfect beast. (your a beast to say the least by the way) I am also a sucker for diet pop. I guess I should cut pop and packaged meat out. Thanks again any more advice would be great.

the diet sodas not so bad. i would suggest grilling some chicken breast and bringing it to college with you instead of the salty processed meat. Beware of salt in sauces too....

Just photo shop your pic. Then remove these ones and repost you edited pics. I had to the same thing. Its easy. Look good in the BULKED pics. The first one id say your lower chest is quite flat or maybe its the pose. Id add some DECLINE presses.... Other than that, def looking like a football player! Good work. Oh and the 2nd pic you dont look so bloated as the first!

thanks man, how do I take these pics off here. I think the main reason why I dont look as bloated in the second pic is because I added some light cardio to the equation. I was just so afraid to do it in the start because of the fear of not getting enough calories. I gain fat easy tho. What is the most amount of cardio you would recomend to keep fat levels down. Thanks for everyones advice once again.
