    Ultimate Cutter

    Gear and Diet 15/10/2007

    Hiya guys just finished 12 weeks of sus and gained some quality muscle but i want to really rip up in these next 8 weeks. heres the plan:

    Weeks 1-8 50mg test prop ED
    Weeks 1-8 2iu HGH mon-fri
    Weeks 1-8 20mg Nolva ED
    Weeks 2-7 Clen , T3 and EPH cycled
    Weeks 4-8 50mg Winny injectable ED
    Weeks 3-7 80mcg IGF postwork out
    Weeks 2-4 250mg DNP ED (First run)

    Multivit and Flax seed caps everyday

    (All meals about 2-3 hours apart)
    30 mins to 1 hour cardio low intensity on empty stomach


    Meal 1: 50g Alpen (175kcal, 5g pro, 30g carbs, 2g fat) + protien shake (400kcal, 50g pro, 32g carbs, 4g fat)

    Meal 2: 200g Chicken breast with nandos peri peri + fruit (230kcal, 40g pro, 0g carbs, 0g fat)

    WEIGHT TRAIN + 20MINS CARDIO

    Meal 3: Postwork out shake (400kcal, 50g pro, 50g carbs, 1g fat)

    30mins-1hour later

    Meal 4: Whole tin tuna, sweetcorn and jacket potato (430kcal, 30g pro, 60g carbs)

    Meal 5: 200g Chicken breast with green veg (230kcal, 40g pro, 0g carbs, 0g fat)

    Meal 6: 200g Chicken breast (230kcal, 40g pro, 0g carbs, 0g fat) + 2 tbsp natural PB (200kcal, 8g pro, 6g carbs, 16g fat)

    Meal 7: Protien shake (400kcal, 50g pro, 32g carbs, 4g fat)

    (Allowed 2500kcal, 300g protien, 150g carbs, 50g fats)
    (Used 2550kcal, 306g pro, 204g carbs, 27g fats)

    This is day 4 and diet, weights/cardio have been spot on.

    today is the first day i start my DNP so looking forward to see how i react to it.

    any questions feel free to ask!!

    my stats are:

    25years old
    5,11
    need to weigh myself in the morn on empty stomach (around 96kg)

    Day 5 did my 40min jog this morn.

    just got back from the gym after training shoulders and tri.

    i know its only 5 days into my cutter but im still strong. shoulder pressing 45kg dumbells.

    day 2 of DNP no chnage in temp as of yet. not sure i will feel that much of a diff as im only taking 250mg ED.

    clen and ephedra have similar effects. You might consider dropping one. Also, I'd keep a close watch on your body temp, heart rate, and blood pressure if you're taking both clen/T3 and DNP at the same time. If it were me, I'd drop the DNP.

    yeah i know what you mean. its not clear there how im cycling the compounds. im doin DNP now, when ive finished that ill start the clen . ill be doing 1 week clen, 1 week ECA, repeated. so its not like im taking them all togother

    Thats a little better, but......there's no advantage to swapping your clen for ephedra. Either choose clen or ephedra as they're both Beta agonists. Clen is just more selective in which receptors it binds too.

    Day 8

    Weighed myself this morn on empty stomach, 14stone,10 and 3/4

    i know its only been a week but i feel great, viens in my forearms are starting to become more visable and my biceps are looking alot more defined

    was a bit worried over the weekend about cheating or snacking but i prepared all my meals and stuck to them same with the cardio.

    still havnt felt any sides from the dnp and my source is legit so i know its real must be beacuse of the low dosage (250mg ED)

    1 week down 7 to go

    hgh needs to be run for a lot longer than 8 weeks to see ne results also man u just finished a cycle u got to give urself proper rest wat about pct for ur previous cycle and this one?

    i havnt got it down that clear, ive been on growth for about 2months already and going to carry on to about 6months. thats just how i wrote it.

    a 20 week cycle is quite normal. i did a 12 week bulker and now im going into an 8 week cutter. this cycle is going to be followed up with the same amount of time off with a good pct of HCG , aromasin , nolva and b12.

    Day 11

    My training/diet/cardio are going so well. I cant believe how well im sticking to everything!!

    def lost weight and looking more cut. even thought ive lost weight ppl in the gym 2day were saying I look bigger???

    trained chest 2day and am really feeling having less calories. had a good session but my strength is down. its a bit frustrating but I knew it was going to happen at some point.

    Im going to weigh myself sat and see what the scales say.

    Day 19

    Abs are def starting to come through and vascularity is increasing. going to weigh myself in the morning on empty stomach.

    legs are looking alot better starting to see the diff splits. still a long way to go but its really motivating seeing the slight changes.

    Mate no suggestion except some pics of start and finish.

    Its actually inspiring to me to read you seem so zoned in as i when set a goal .
    Sounds like your doing awsome just keep the posts comming, its like waiting for the next prison break ep for me lol
