assistance in cycle choice

13-16% bf
5 years training 1 off and 1 back on.
done sus250 and stan in the past not properly though.

Id like do do a 12 week course.

Testabol (Testosterone Enanthate ) 500mg week 1-12
Decabolic (Deca Durabolin ) 250mg week 1-10
D-Bol 40mg ED week 1-5
then pct
nova 140mg week 14-16

I have a great diet intaking about 3gr of protein per lb i weigh basicly eating good and having 3 shakes a day.

using a slow release protein for nite and getting 10 hrs sleep a nite and a power nap 1 hr after training and eating.

Im still going to try 20 mins cardio a day.

ok ready to be correct and taught.

Need to run the test for 12 weeks and the Deca for 10 weeks just so that you can be sure you are getting the most out of the cycle. I would also up the deca to 400mg a week, but thats just me and my expereince.

Go to UserCP Top left hand corner. Then select Edit Options, on the right hand side there should be a section entitled Private Messaging. You need to click the box in that section to turn it on, is that done ? If that doesnt work I will post my email address for 5 mins then it is getting deleted

Thats fine but split the test shots in two and mix and shoot them with the deca .

In the future do not judge a persons knowlage by how many cycles they have done. This was pointed out early here to me by the vets and mods. So guys here have 3000 to 4000 post but have not yet run a cycle. They are doing reasearch for a cycle. Oh And you PCT looks a little weak for a cycle with deca in it. Most guys would add clomid and hcg . But everyone is different. You cycle looks real soild good luck. train hard bro!

sorry if i upset you champ.
the only reason i have that is because its easy to read how to fly but to fly is an experience you cant read about or give tips about, it was basicly just so if any one had done that cycle they would /should know best on how it felt and how it worked out.

so again im sorry if i upset you, im not on this forum to upset, cause trouble. Just to grab some stuff , train hard and reach my goals.

and yes i am weak on pct knowledge so any help there is welcome

Yea I would strongly suggest anthony roberts pct.It is located in the pct section. Also read mercs thread on anti E's in the steroid section these both will put light years ahead in pct knowlage.
