i was looking to gain 20lbs on a methandienone/test cyp 12 week cycle. yesterday (day 14) i weighed myself at the gym pre workout and i'm 12lbs heavier. i'm not gonna check my weight everyday but every 2 weeks. i find it more interesting that way.
i understand some weight is water weight but i feel real good at the gym. endurance/strength have been up except i felt a little twitch in my left rotator cuff a few days ago and today again so i'm gonna give the upper body a 3 day rest. doing legs and core excersices instead.
diet is good but i know i can kick it up a notch. it helps that i cook my a$$ off and i work from home
