    gained 12lbs in 14 days

    i was looking to gain 20lbs on a methandienone/test cyp 12 week cycle. yesterday (day 14) i weighed myself at the gym pre workout and i'm 12lbs heavier. i'm not gonna check my weight everyday but every 2 weeks. i find it more interesting that way.

    i understand some weight is water weight but i feel real good at the gym. endurance/strength have been up except i felt a little twitch in my left rotator cuff a few days ago and today again so i'm gonna give the upper body a 3 day rest. doing legs and core excersices instead.

    diet is good but i know i can kick it up a notch. it helps that i cook my a$$ off and i work from home

    20lbs should be easy with proper diet. slam those cals!

    i'm hoping to keep at least that mush after pct

    good work mate... and yeah working from home is a bonus mate ... wat u do tho from home ... jus curious ...

    Don't ignore that Cuff....do some work with it on the side...

    I pretended mine would get better, and trust me it doesn't just go away.

    yes dont ignore it, thats when it will sneak up on you, work it light and slow til it comes around.
