First Timer Test E + Winstrol

30 years old, 5'10", 195......been working out naturally for a couple of years.

I took my first injection of Test E this morning. I was a little nervous at first, but once I stuck myself, I realized that there is absolutely no pain at all! My Winstrol is not in yet, but I plan on starting it at the end of week 2.

Although now my leg is sore...

Anyway, I will post updates once a week.

Keep us posted. Are you shooting the test twice a week? How long is your cycle, and what will your pct be?

I am doing the test for 10 weeks and the win for 8.

As far as PCT I plan on using Nolva and possibly Aromosin if I feel it is necessary. I will feel this thing out as it progresses.


I am shooting the Test once a week.........would it be better to spit it up?? (200/200)

My leg is sore as hell from the injection.....


I worked out my legs today, so that made matters worse.....but overall I feel really good and I my diet has been on point.

Day 6

I have gained 7 pounds of what I assume is water weight.

I am almost thru my third week. Although I have gotten my Winstrol, I have decided to wait until the end of week 5 to start it.

So far I have gained about 10 pounds. There is a noticeable difference in my strength and recovery. I have added about 35 pounds to my "comfortable" bench press weight. A girl that I sort of date (who doesn't know about the gear) has commented that I look bigger and that I seem full of energy..........

Into week 4 now. I can DEFINITELY notice a difference in the gym. I worked out today harder than I ever have and I really didn't even feel tired. I have not gained any more weight, but I think I am starting to look a little bigger. Sometimes its hard to notice slight differences since I look in the mirror everyday. I am lifting significantly more weight on all my exercises.

Also I don't know if its the gear or not, but I am able to run forever on a treadmill.

I am at the end of week 5.

The stuff is DEFINITELY working now. I can notice a huge difference in my physique. I am repping 275 on the bench press, which I have never been able to do.

I feel good and my sex drive is unbelievable. I am adding Winstrol to the mix tomorrow for the second half of the cycle.

I started out at about 198 lbs....I am now a rock solid 215
