    Unofficial Before and After Pic Thread

    Ya know... Theres nothing more motivating than to see someones progress in a diet,new workout regimen,and/or cycle. So heres a thread basically for bragging rights... and for motivation of others looking to get where you currently are.

    Just post your pics of before and after and what you did to accomplish it and how long it took.

    Ill start out in a second... I just gotta find my after pic.
