5 weeks into my first test cycle.
running currently 600mg of test cyp every week.
split my injections up on monday and thursday.
Running a bulk but i stay super lean no matter how much i eat.
my diet consists of close to 4500 cals a day
Im currently in this picture 178 @ 5'8

I have run PH's inthe past and gained some great strength from them, but it was time to jump to the dark side ;)
4500 call should definetly help me grow, my weight fluctuates frequently, some days im 185, the next im 180, im sure its the water weight. I dont no how much weight i have gained or lost, since i started my cycle at 175, but i have leaned out more then usual, you could bounce a quarter at my stomach :D
My shoulders and chest have definetly filled out a lot. This cycle im really killing my legs, since they are really my low point.
I also run absolutly no cardio what so ever, cant afford to drop any weight.
