I wish to be at least 250lbs when I've done 5 cycles, since I started roiding at 200...a steroid limit doesn't exist anyway imo

IM sorry but i call BS. Even with a BS diet ai dont see how anybody coulkd use aas and still be under 155lbs...

you do know that you must , train hard, eat harder , and sleep longer.
im on my first cycle and ive gained 9kgs in 5 weeks on 500mg test and 300mg deca , but i eat... i get atleast 400grams of protein, 200grams of carbs and 130gr of fat a day. and yes i shit a bit as well.
you posting that looking like you do its a joke right ???

1. You don't use steroids long enough for beeing effective (6 weeks is short for every steroid cycle, and i know there are orals that are used for 6 weeks, but I don't call oral only cycles, for cycle
2. Get a mass gainer or something, if you have 5 cycles under your belt, you never going to listen to reason, get a powder with shit loads of calories, and eat your bodyweight in protein (I guess powder for your choice mate), better then nothing.
3. Don't train so often (6 times per week this and that).

There is nothing more to add really. The answer is all over this thread. Your incorrect approach is given away immediately as you don't even mention food in your initial post and attribute any possible gain to steroids only. All that money that you spend on gear should go towards a few hot meals. I think this thread is a joke to be honest, your ****ing with ppl right? if your serious and you want real advise then post your diet in the diet forum and get some good advice their.

dawg if you want to put on muscle lower your reps dude. ive put a half inch on my arms in the passed 3 1/2 months by doing 6-8 reps on everything besides abs. i try to do 30-40 weighted crunches and some other workouts. i usually warm up with a weight 5-10 lbs less than my max than i hit up my max at the second set if i get 8 i go up some weight. high reps and overtraining your muscle isnt going to do anything it will probably lead to bad joints in the future and thats bad..then again. ive only been working out since i was 13.

well your diet aint in check nor your training but honestly the main reason for those zero gains is fake gear,u would have added water weight with this kind of cycle and doses,your gear is fake bro,train naturally for sometime and gain some mass before considering juicing again and make sure you have a good source next time,good luck

I really dont think your 4%.
You seem to think of steroids as a wonder drug, and that by just taking them, your going to get huge. Thats where your problem begins.
I think you could have gotten much better results from 500mg of test a week, and the rite diet to meet your goals.
Ive always used juice to retain as much muscle as possible, while dropping down bf into the single digits.
I say stop juicing and start eating. U have alot to learn and should start from scratch...

my advice:
1) get off steroids for at least 3 months, lifting 4 times/week, dont overtrain!!
2)you say you do 20 sets per exercise??? thats not good, do different exercises, 3 sets each, and do dfferent every week.
3) eat 5-6 meals/day (I know its hard but you cant let your stomach be emty of fuel)
4)do a cycle, start eating even more, 6 meals/day and work out the same! dont overtrain, just lift mor weight.
