I finally got me gear. Test E, Nolva, and L-Dex. Should I run the Nolva and L-dex throughout the cycle, or keep it on hand in case I need it?

I had to cut this workout short. The wife called and needed me to bring home some baby stuff. I didn't realize how weak my biceps are. I expected to lift more with my preacher curls. I wanted to get another set of squats, but I didn't get a chance. I'll throw in a few sets one day this week.

My test e cycle should start next Monday, I hope.

Also, I should have done a lot more weight with my barbell shrugs. What I did was far to easy. I haven't done some of these workouts in a while.

Workout yesterday was ok. Nothing special. I did legs and biceps. For some reason, I get dizzy/nauseous when I do legs and never finish my workout. I only did 14 sets, 7 on legs and 7 on bi's.

at 225lbs, I would be think you would be able to do a LOT more than 80's on flat bench for more than 6 reps bro.

Keep it up though, try posting some pics so I know what we're working with. Also how's your diet?

Yeah, I'm not very strong. I've been "working out" for a while, but not the right way. I've only been serious for a little while. Progress is good, but slow right now.

Decent workout yesterday, by my standards. I know I'm weak!!
    I'll post the exercises later.
Second injection of test e was this morning. It went well, shot in the left quad.

bro, I would have held of on the cycle. You told me you just started training hard. It takes lots of time with a solid diet to get where you want.

Hold off on anabolics until you have at least 2 years of solid training under your belt.

I've been training hard for over a year. No, not two years, but I feel confident that I'm ready for this cycle. I waited a while before I made the decision and researched extensively. I know that I should be stronger in some areas. I'll get there. My motivation is outstanding.

And I didn't answer your question before, my diet is excellent. Only very rarely do I have a cheat meal. Maybe twice a month. I don't have any pictures right now, but I'll try to get some. I'm really doing this log for myself, to keep me accountable.

Well, I went to Memphis last weekend. I worked out Saturday morning at the gym in the hotel. Not much of a gym, but I got a half way decent workout.

This past Tuesday, I hit the Chest. Had a good workout. I felt great. Got 90's on decline bench. That's a personal best. My wife told me last night that my chest and arms looked much more muscular. I think I'm starting to feel the Test a little. I know it's not in full strength yet, but my chest day on Tuesday was awesome. I felt like I could lift a house. I've had 4 injections so far, alternating quads. All of them went well. I did hit a nerve on one, that was weird. And my buddy was watching me. hahaha he almost passed out.

had a good workout Friday, Saturday, and yesterday. My 6th injection was this morning. Should be feeling it 100% in the next week or so.

    Chest is today. I'm excited.
