not really sure what to take
when to take it
how much to take each shot
how many times a week to take each shot.
advice would be nice.

Is this your first cycle, and what is your age and lifting experience. Also you need to choose either prop or sustanon, Either is fine and need to be taken ED or EOD. Winstrol is usually used in the last 4 weeks of a cycle. A good Test amount is usually 400 to 500 mg a week. Winstrol is usually 50 mg a day.

how old are you? what type of cycle do you wanna run? bulking? cutting? do you even know? not being a d**k just saying if you did some research you would at least have a couple of ideas before even posting in here
