my first cycle was d-bol took 5mg a day for 1 month gained 1o lbs been off for about 3wks still maintaining

is that even considered a cycle ??? i mean 5 mg a day is nothing - i could eat right and gain 10 pounds in a month (well, maybe not 10, but at least 5).

I think running it for 6 weeks is virtually useless...

Just cause ur new doesn't mean anything.. guys still run there firs cycles for generally 10 weeks, ya just go easy on the dosages..

ya could run it somthing like

Dbol.. week 1-4 30-35mgs a week
Sust week 1-10 400-500mg a week
Deca week 1-10 300-400mg a week..

steroids is not somthing to muck around with, so learn exactly what ur doing man, 5mg a day for a month isn't testing the waters or anything mate, your 10 lbs would of probably just been from u eating thinking u were on steroids, it certainly wouldn't aid with growth much at all..

the cycle above is still safe for a novice mate, make ur cycle's worth while, just make sure to have anti e's.....

I wouldn't run a 6 week cycle to start with esters like sust/deca. Secondly I wouldn't use anadrol in a second cycle. You need to rethink your cycle if you want to only run it for 6 weeks.

I think you need to do some more research bro. Not trying to sound like an asshole, but really, both of those cycles are...well...poorly planned. sorry man but thats the truth. You really shouldnt be needing/using anadrol for your -i dare call it- second cycle anyways.

Jaguar outlined a good beginner cycle which you may consider.
