cycle for sts training...critique b4 start?
Haven't been on here much lately, but anyway, here it goes...
I'm going to start doing the slingshot training system here soon, and i'm setting up a cycle for it. Plz critique the cycle(remember this is based on the sts prime, blast, cruise style of training).
Stats:
24 yrs
training a long time (i dont know exactly)
~225lbs 10%bf
had to take half a year off from training until the beginning of this year due to being hospitalized. Got back to my stats now naturally.
Cycle will go as follows:
Letro+Caber low dose for protection
Test E 250mg/wk weeks 1-16
Test Prop 100mg/day During blast and cruise (weeks 3-8, 11-16)
DBol @ both 6 week blast and cruise cycles @50mg/day
(weeks 3-8, 11-16)
Tren Acetate during blast and cruise .75mg/day
(weeks 3-8, 11-16)
Masteron 100mg/ED @ blast and cruise
(weeks 3-8, 11-16)
Now I have one question, and it would be great if ronnie would decide to chime in on this one...
The whole theory behind the sts is to upregulate receptor sites and sensitivity to hormones, protein, etc. during the prime phase, hence the discontinuation of fast estered hormones.
Wouldn't it be logical to stop the hormones all together? You can't lose much mass in two weeks with proper training and diet, and the lack of testosterone would most certainly bring your receptors to a much higher level of sensitivity than if continuing usage, even at a lesser dose.
So the proposed cycle would be the same as above, sans the enanthate.
Any comments?
