M1T cycle update
I just thought I would post up on here how my run with M1T's is going, because it's going pretty well.
Just finished the 9th day and so far the results:
Starting Weight: 228.2lbs
Starting BF%: 13.3
Current Weight: 233.8lbs
Current BF%: 12.7
Can't complain about a 0.75lb fat loss 9 days in.
I'm planning to run this 3 wk on; 2 off; 3 on @ 20mg/day
Any thoughts I'd love to hear it.
I'll keep this updated

O and FYI...the lethargy kills...but a bit of tiredness is worth the results

ive always hear like 10 lbs in a few weekd on M1t, what lind of liver supps are you using? and whats PCT look like? also are you tired a lot or feel aweful like a lot of people say?

I'm throwing down 3g of Milk Thistle per day for liver support (1.5g 2x a day when I take the m1t)
Other sups I'm taking with it:
Thermomaxx (ECA)
Leucine
Creatine
PCT Haven't quite decided yet. I know that's horrible, but still thinking about it.
I just feel tired a lot throughout the day
And my goal isn't to gain a lot of size, but more for power and conditioning. If you look at my training it consists of a lot of olympic lifts, plyometrics, sandbags, tire flips/sledgehammer, core work, etc
I'm going to be doing more of a power driven bulk starting November. That cycle will most likely have (still working on it though) I was talking to a friend and I think this is what we came up with last night (please excuse if it's not exact it was like 3 in the morning):
Test Prop
EQ
Arimidex
Clomid

Watch out, that M1T is very harsh and will shut you down fast, make sure you have your PCT dialed in.

UPDATE:
Weighed in today at 234.4lbs @ 12.3% bodyfat
To change:
Start 228.2lbs @ 13.3% bf
Now 234.4lbs @ 12.3% bf
Difference of:
+6.2lbs of bodyweight
-1.5lbs of fat
Time elapsed:
10 days

Push your way through that tiredness.
It's common to stack it with 4ad to combat that tiredness, loss of appeptite and increase strength and gains.
Otherwise take supplements that will help battle that lathergicness, or basic Caffiene and Glucose comes to my newbie mind.

basically side supps that I carry with me in my bag to be nice and awake are:
caffeine pills (200mg each)
thermomaxx (375mg caffeine + 30mg ephedrine + other stuff cant remember off the top of my head)

I have an update now and for those just tuning in a breakdown so far of each update:
Starting Weight: 228.2lbs
Starting BF%: 13.3
9 Days In:
233.8lbs @ 12.7% bf
10 Days In:
234.4lbs @ 12.3% bodyfat
NEWEST WEIGH IN:
19 Days In:
235.6lbs @ 10.4% bodyfat
Overal Change So Far:
+ 7.4lbs of bodyweight
- 2.9% bodyfat
30.35lbs bodyfat -> 24.50lbs bodyfat
Not to shab so far
2 more days on to make it 3 weeks then hitting 2 weeks off and then finishing the last 3 weeks ... still haven't decided on PCT yet...looking at throwing in nolva; clomid; arimidex ...not sure yet what combination of those or anything...might be only one or all three...we'll see

Great, nice gains for 19 days.
Can you show me where it says have 2 weeks off and then do another 3 weeks?

That's just how I was going to run it, but looks like a change of plans came up. I'm going to grab some PCT, run that for a little bit and keep the last 3 weeks worth safe until I do an actual cycle as a kick starter.
Final day is tomorrow so i'll post up the results of 21 days with the m1t's.
The real cycle comes in November when I'll be running:

Femara (Maybe)

Clomid
