    2 scoops whey, 1/3 cup flax seed

    48g Prot / 5g Carbs / 22g Fat



    12:00 pm: Meal 3: Pro/Carb

    1 cup whole wheat pasta, pork and veal meatballs.

    50g Prot / 45g Carbs / 10g Fat



    3:00 PM: Meal 4: Pro/Fat

    220g salmon, 1 tbsp hemp oil.

    44g Prot/ 17g Fat



    5:30 PM: Meal 5 Pre Workout: Pro/Carb

    1 Chicken Breast, 1 cup cooked brown rice

    45g Prot / 45g Carbs / 9g Fat



    6:00 PM: WORKOUT



    7 - 7:30 PM: Meal 6 PWO: Pro/Carb

    2 scoops whey, 1/2 cup raw oats, 1 banana

    61g Prot / 56g Carbs / 5g Fat



    10:30 PM: Meal 7 PPWO: Pro/Fat

    1 chicken breast, 2 tbsp all natural peanut butter

    51g Prot / 6g Carbs / 21g Fat

    that is a lot of protein for a 165lb person even on the juice 247grams max.....
