About 3 months ago.. I could do about 185lbs at bench
3 years ago i could do 265lbs on bench because of football and busted my knee and stopped working out.
This is the 2nd shot of the 1 week
Pain Level + Soreness
None.. my legs are a bit sore because of working out because my legs i hate working out but i need to learn to love them, did my 2nd injection last night.. and it was a bit sore but not anymore.
Weight increase
Again over the past 3 months..with Tren ( stuff you get from max muscle, not steroid )
I went from 185 x3 to about 220 x8, now i am about 235 x10 in my first week of cycle
probably not the test at all..Test E is a long ester.. so cant wait for 3-4 more weeks.
Sex Drive
Always had a huge sex drive.. good thing girlfriend is coming over today
Goals
To put on about 20 lbs.. starting 175 to 200.

None.. Just from working out no injection pain
Weight increase
When i started i was 173-175. Today i weighed myself and im 183lbs
I work out 5 days a week
Diet
Usually its full cup of egg whites
toast with high in fiber with a bit of chicken
10am
Tuna with fiber toast
fish oil
noon
Usually have some kind of fish
cod, tuna, salmon thats high in protein around 30g of protein +
2:00pm Chicken with mustard
Work out around 5-6
PWO Shake 2 scoops with gluti which is about 60g of protein
6:00
More chicken or fish or steak
9:00pm
Cottage cheese 120g
carrots

35 inches waist and 175 lbs bodyweight at 5`10?
It is impossible to have 12 percent bodyfat with that stats!

i measure myself everyday.. i use 2 different scales. gym scale.. which is like medical one.. and a digital scale. When i first measured myself it could have been at day when im lighter.. but im over 180.. and ill measure myself right now. and waist was aroud my stomach maybe i just didnt measure it right but the guys at my gym ( 2 seperate guys, take a pinch test)

just weighed myself.. 181 naked just woke up, had nothing to eat yet. thats 6 months from a week ago. time to inject. I have some pictures from before ill be posting soon and then 5 weeks into cycle ill take more

HA, i knew i wasnt no 16-22% bf. SOme crack with only his 2nd post bein a member said i was from my pics in my thread doin the same cycle as u. Im also 5 10, 24yrs, 198lbs, 32" waist, if u have a bigger waist and same height as me and i got a good 24-26lbs on u and ur 13% then i must be good. Kinda off subject and random i know. Following ur log though bro since im doin the same ish, test e shot every 3.5 days at 250mg a shot for 12 weeks. On week 3 and day 6 now and feelin some bloat, increased hunger and libido. No real strength gans or anything crazy yet but im sure it will hit soon.

Stil none the needles are so easy to inject and no fear in them at all.. I wish i could inject everyday.. Should have gone with test P. I dont think i will be going with test E ever again.. every 3.5 days and slow long ester.. boring.. i want results now!

lets see.. I started out at 175. I am now when i weighted myself i was around 186? 10lbs.. i dont think its from Test E. because its only been almost 2 weeks. I have done 4 injections. Most of its because my new change in diet with eating 6-7 meals a day.. and big meals, i am putting on some lean mass but also some body fat because i dont do cardio.. but im still skinny

Its about 4 week in.. These are my results.
250 2x a week. 500mg a week of Test E only. I was around 170-175.. and semi chubby as you can see from the first Pictures.
Sorry did it at night.. and well.. video camera.. with short Cable + video maker..= sux
Injections are Fun!
I want prop next for more injections.
I eat about 6 meals a day
For instance.. today was sloppy but it worked out
Can of tuna. around 8 which wasliek 150 cals
Then went to trader joes and got this thing of chicken chunks.. Really fresh
5 dollars. 5 servers each serving had like 30g of protein..
Whole thing has 150g of protein
10 grams of fat
around 700 cal.
ate that for 2-3 meals
so from like
10am to noon and 2pm.
Around 3 i had something i forget.. something healthy 200 cals
Around 6 i had protein bar 100 cals
Just got back from working out.. and had a PWO Shake 2 scoops around 60 grams of protein.
And ill have some cottege cheese and carrots before i go to bed
i was on bulking "Diet" for the first 2-3 weeks.. and didnt like ti much.. so i was on a cutting diet.. and like it alot more and see better results..

Im peepin u out bro. Just make sure ur eating slightly bigger portions then u normally would (in a goood way of course) to help make those gains ur looking for. How u feel? Ur about 3-4 weeks in right? If u check out my log (doin exactly same cycle for 12 weeks first time too) you'll see towards the end of week 4 was when i really noticed it kicking in and now week 7 and loving it. No prohormones ive done feel as good as this with little to no side effects. U have any letro or arimidex on hand in case gyno/bloat/acne etc symptoms pop up? I started feeling a small lump in my nips round week 6 and some sensitivity in one of them. Been taking .5mg of l-dex ed for about 4 days now and feeling better and lumps are getting a little smaller.

Ya.. ive seen my body getting very cut. I was planning on doing a bulking build.. but i like what i see what now.. ive cut my diet abit but still working ut hard.. i can see a nice six back and my chest is coming in nice. My gains are very nice. About 3 months ago i couldnt even get close to 225 on bench.. ( 2 plates right) and now i am doing about 260 5 times.
Yes i am about 4 days away from 1 month.
i cant wait to see what hapens in the next few weels

I'm following as well. I guess your trying to lean out with the diet you have planned with no carb sources. I'd suggest if you trying to get bigger and stronger to add some sweet potatoes, brown rice, and some oats in to the diet. You'll see the difference in the gym. Good luck, can't wait to see what happens when it starts to kick in

Well today is week 4 i believe.
Lets see 3 months or so ago i couldnt do 225 on bench.. It was pretty said.. For the first 2 months i started my diet.. alot of protein.. high cals..
I MUST STRESS THAT DIET IS KEY TO GAINING AND STRENGTH GAINS!!!!
DIET IS MOST IMPORTANT IMO OVER ANYTHING
besides the most common things Ie, Safety bluh bluh bluh.
Today i benched and got up 275. I was very impressed with myself.
I no longer have a tummy, my sides/pelvic looks great.
Chest is very built.
Sides that i See already.
Join pain thats for sure.. Shoulders and Elbows are most noticable.
I never had acne besides a few zips that would pop up every few months..
now i have a little here and there on my body, more like bumps nothing noticeable.
Facial hair is growing in faster.. never had a full beard.. time to start one.. wanted to try it.. always just had a chin beard.
Strength has grown ALOT.
I still dont do cardio.. because i hate cardio.. even thought i know i should..

Alot more sides are coming as i can see.
more body acne and facial and body hair. Never had acne before but it doesnt mind me.
and at least its not on my face.. thats my meal ticket
seeing a little more bloat in my stomach and such but stil skinny..
Overall you can see a HUGE difference in the change.. Ill be uploading more photos soon
