    Rookie's go at Test E + D-bol

    Hello everybody

    Since I am new here and currently doing my first cycle I thought it would be appropiate to make a lil log over it.

    I am 23 years old, have been lifting for 3½ on/off. Havent really been getting the results I wanted, mostly because of bad diet and a badly scheduled training program. I decided to be more serious about the whole thing, and it is going pretty well. Started out at 146 lbs six months ago, and have now worked my way to 170. My height is 6.2, so really its nothing impressive. Deep down I know I should have waited much longer before starting my first cycle, but it has begun so no turning back..

    The cycle consists of:

    1-4 50mg dbol ed (changed to 30mg)
    1-12 750mg test-e ew (changed to 500mg)

    pct is not totally down yet, but i guess it will be:

    12-? 2500ui e5d
    15-16 40mg nolva ed
    16-17 20mg nolva ed

    Please, dont hesitate to correct me if I am doing something wrong.

    I try to keep my calorie intake around 3500-4000 a day, more if I can manage.

    I started almost two weeks ago, on Tuesday 12th.

    Week1: 84,5kg
    Week2: 85,6kg
    Week3: 87,1kg

    I hope to be using the thread to keep a track over the cycle, improvements ect. I hope to be posting some pictures at a later time, when changes start to appear. I make sure to take new pictures every week.

    to much D-bol you should keep it at 30mg for your first and also no need to do more than 500mg a week of test e

    ^^ x2. Thats some pretty high dosages for your first cycle bro.

    The dose of dbol im adjusting immediately Thanks for the response. Will it be ok to just do 500mg/ew for the remaining 10 weeks, cause then I think that will be the thing to do

    do 1-5 30 mg dbol
    and 500 mg will be fine of test

    For you 1st cycle you only need about 30mg of dbol and 500mg pw (injecting every 3.5 days).
    PCT needs to be done 14 days after your last injection, add clomid.

    Also id say ad an AI. Never understood the serm only pct for any cycle, always 1 serm and 1 AI. Get aromasin or at least l-dex (arimidex ) for ur ai. DO more research bro and check out the diet section. 174lbs and over 6', u gotta eat more bro.

    For a first cycle you don't need dbol at all.

    Also dont see a need for hcg . U need to do some more research bro on diet and a proper pct protocol. Cant say wait cus u already dove head first into this cycle. Any l-dex or letro on hand if gyno pops up? Either way, good luck!

    Okay here is what I typically eat during the day:

    Meal 1: (9 am)
    150g oatmeal
    ½ liter skimmed milk
    1 banana

    Meal 2: (11 am)
    4 pieces of rye bread
    200g chicken breast

    pre-workout shake and workout shake + 1 banana

    Meal 3: (14 am)
    300g chicken breast
    250g pasta/potato/brown rice

    Meal 4: (18 pm)
    chicken/turkey/beef ~300g
    250g pasta/potato/brown rice
    ½ liter skimmed milk
    Veggies

    Meal 5: (21-22 pm)
    1 can tuna
    Kasein protein
    1 liter skimmed milk

    + 3 liter water spread out during the day

    I dont have l-dex by the hand, but can get it from one day to another if needed. All (almost) the cycle reports I have read, people have always warned about not including HCG in your pct, for your libido. Better safe than sorry i guess. But you're right. I think I will get some l-dex for my pct.

    Weighed in at 87,1kg this tuesday, so far im pretty happy with the progress. Oh and downed the dose of dbol to 30mg and test to 500mg/ew.

    So far I havent really been experiencing too many sides. Had a week where I would pretty much spend every night soaked in sweat. That went away.

    I do have oily skin atm and sometimes a little acne. Not serious though and not bothering me at all.

    Strenght is up due to the dbol, feel more energetic and pleased with everything
