    First cycle 10wk 500mg test e

    Ok so I got my gear from an UG that deals with 20ml sachets. I heard they are legit and now it is time to find out.
    10wks @500mg test e. PCT Clomid 100/50/50/50 and some Arimidex for bloat/gyno.
    I got my Diet and training in order and lost a little bit of body fat before I started. As of now I am tired of waiting so here goes.

    Easy as cake. I had a little bit of trouble withdrawing the liquid with a 23g needle but, other than that it was easy. Injected fine no pain. I shot in my right quad.
    I will post my workouts a little later on.

    no offense but you should have gotten your waist down much more before starting. but what done is done, enjoy the ride!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I had a little dis comfort doing heavy pants and lawn mowers with my Torn Wrist Ligments still recovering but its been 3 months they might not ever fully recover. Too later for surgery.

    Is this your first cycle?

    I'm in week 10 of 12 doing 500mg Test-E/wk myself. I started with quad injections as well. Well I'll tell ya the first quad injection was painless, then later on that night the soreness set and got pretty bad. I did my other quad 3.5 days later and by day 5-6 of my cycle both my quads were uber sore. Not only sore but swollen as well. My shot #3 barely made it because the swelling and soreness had just finally passed. Well that second injection to the first quad was sore for like 10 days.

    Long story short, I switched to glutes and its rediculously easy. No pain, maybe sore for 1 day. It feels like I could both my injections each week in the same glute if I wanted, they recover so fast. Anyway I'll never shoot my quads with oil based stuff again. I inject B12 myself into quads with no prob, not more AS in there for me.

    Strength gains and Lean Muscle Mass. I am going to do clen and T3 to cut afterwords.

    You can turn it into a cutting cycle by taking clen while on cycle like i did. Your strength/muscle will go up but your bf% can go down. I went down about 3.5% in about 8wks

    You really should have gotten that bf% lower before starting your cycle.

    It has been 24 hours after my First injection and still no pain. It can be a little sore to the touch though.

    I just completed my second shot and....I messed up a little. I pulled air back into the plunger 1cc then i stuck the needle in the vial past the rubber stopper. Now here is where everything went wrong which I did not do this the first time.... I turned the vial upside down and injected the air into the vial and.... test came shooting out.... LOL O F*CK!!!! Is what I say. So it wasnt alot but, still just a reminder to anyone if you have a rubber stopper do not turn the vial diagonally until the air is injected or the Liquid will shoot out. F*CK!!!!

    People seem to make the same mistakes time and time again.

    You should be cutting first then bulking.

    Third injection was Yesterday Thursday. I have a little pain in my right Quad nothing too bad.
    I have missed a couple days of working out Because of the storm that hit SC and the one comming here. So I have been busy boarding up and stuff. Back on schedule soon.

    I know what It's like like to want to start on the gear but like some others have said before your number one priority should have been to cut BF%. 2 hours cardio a day in 2 sessions and keep the carbs in check....

    But that said, everyone has their own system and body and agenda. I hope it all works out well for you dude. I'd love to pick up this thread in 10 weeks and see a wicked transformation.

    Your reps are pretty high. Is that because it's your first week on cycle? Also I've always believed in working the pulling muscles seperate from the puching ones. I was amazed to see you working the chest and back in the same workout. Apart from legs they are the two biggest muscle groups so each one definitley need it own day.

    I work:
    Day 1 Delts & Abs
    Day 2 Chest & Tris
    Day 3 Back & hams. (can't do squats coz knees are fked)

    It works for me (see the avvy).

    I'm not saying your split will not work for you. Just giving you something else to think about or I would not have spent all this time on this post.

    Well, the only reason I am lifting high reps is from not having the correct weight. I am using home gym and I dont have enough weight to do what I need to be doing. I have been lifting on these weights since I was 15... So Its been time to get some more weight for the past 10 years. LOL. Im doing what I can. If it takes High reps to feel the burn I got to do it.

    Low Carb Diet Right now. I am only taking in 20g a day for 5 days then a high carb on The Weekends.

    As Far as working Chest and Back the same day I do this Alot.... But I workout my Back 2-3 times a week too. One day upper one day lower.

    Im going to go for the Ultimate transfermation. I just need to do it Perfect to get it done.

    I have 250lbs standard size weights. total 1 curl bar, 1 long bar (6FT), 2 single hand curl bars. I can get 90lbs on one but I dont have enough to get it on 2 like I need. Also I was benching 300 at 18 and now my strength seems a little lower than before from only lifting the same weight for the past few years.

    Took my 4th shot today left Quad. It was a Bleeder!!! I pulled the needle out after injecting and a quarter sized blood droplet came out. wiped it up and it quit so no big deal.

    I have workout later today I will post it later.

    Im ****ed on this cycle because I have to get blood work done in 3 days on Tuesday. I have to have it done for WWE. Now im Pissed because I am thinking if they see my elevated Test LvLs they will know I am on steroids and I will not be able to continue Training. Everyone has told me they dont take blood work on a physical and I guess I should have stated a it is a "Complete Physical" I called today to get an appointment and they do take blood work...I will post again later.

    Today's Workout

    I came across a new workout partner for the time being for my At Home Training until I can afford the gym.

    Today we did Arms

    Super Sets
    Seated (DB) Curls 35lbs 10x - Overhead tricep extensions 35lbs 10x for 2 sets
    Seated (DB) Concentration Curls 45lbs 10x - Overhead Tricep extensions 35lbs 10x for 3 sets
    Curl Bar at 100lbs for 10x

    I stopped after this because my right for arm was fealing really tight and getting a sharp pain.

    I am up 3lbs in 3 weeks. I am now at 223lbs from 220lbs.


    Update on WWE has given me 3 month lean on my steroid ordeal to get clean. This should give me time to get done with my cycle and back to normal.
