Well, the only reason I am lifting high reps is from not having the correct weight. I am using home gym and I dont have enough weight to do what I need to be doing. I have been lifting on these weights since I was 15... So Its been time to get some more weight for the past 10 years. LOL. Im doing what I can. If it takes High reps to feel the burn I got to do it.
Low Carb Diet Right now. I am only taking in 20g a day for 5 days then a high carb on The Weekends.
As Far as working Chest and Back the same day I do this Alot.... But I workout my Back 2-3 times a week too. One day upper one day lower.
Im going to go for the Ultimate transfermation. I just need to do it Perfect to get it done.
