My 18 months cycle log.

Been on since then, and switching to Test E in 4 weeks at 600 mg/week trying to add 25 lbs withing this winter.
Also will be adding 400 mg/week Deca for 5 months, starting November-March.
Started at 200 lbs 15% BF, current stats: 5'11" 217 lbs 8-9%BF
Will be using IGF on and off.
the rest of the cycle in ONLY Test E and Test P. Switching back to Test P next March-May.
And Masteron is for show prep.
Diet is up to 7000 cals/day by next month (current is 5500) into 10 meals.
Using Arimidex at .5 mg EOD, no other side effects, very light acne so far little water retention.

Wow, what a cycle! You're already a monster so I can only imagine what you will look like at the end of the cycle...a FREAK!
Best of luck bro and I can't wait to hear/see the results

i would start using the deca and test enth now instead of waiting for the prop to run out. you should gain a ton here if you are able to keep your calories at 10,000. good luck and make sure to keep us informed

i use to be a swimmer and trust me i swam for a bout 4 hours a day and i could take in 8000 calories a day no problem and stay completly lean..look at michael phelps for instance that boy eats 14000 calories a day. but probly swims/trains 7-8 hours a day. so 10000 calories a day while training for a competition is defintly not a hard thing to do.

I'd love to eat 10k cals a day, but who has the time and money? And who can actually keep it consistent?
-
I was looking at 8k cals. by next Nov, and up to 9k by Jan. but didnt think of 10 k
i do 11 meals so each meal has to approx. 900 cals. Thats A LOT.
All I can say I'll try.
But thanx bro.
Im looking forward to see some serious gains this time 25+ lbs withing the next 6-8 months.

Your right. And when I trained 2-3 times/day I did eat about 7000 cals/day and actually got leaner.
But to tell you the truth, when it comes to weights it is different than swimming. Swimming 6 hrs is not going t okill ur joints, matter of facts it good for ur joints.
But doing medium-heavy weights 2-3 times/day got my joints FRIED.
Now i'm down to 7-10 times/week and joints are gettin' better. That's why I'll be using IGF on and off.
So I'll probably increase the Cardio intensity to assist with the metabloism.

Very interesting cycle, what do you say to people that claim gains stop after week 12 of their cycle?
-
09-11-2008, 10:57 AM #12
look great bro,do what works for you!
and for the post above: gains dont stop after 12 weeks, receptors regenerate evey 30days and you have to keep increasing intensity,,as you get bigger that means you need to eat more then you did last week, you need to lift heavier then last week...etc...cant expect to grow and continue benching 225 for 10 reps for the next 10 yrs,,,,if you want to be big,you have to eat and train for that size...most pl dont get this concept but its easy

ummm, they dont know what they are talkng about? ha
you wont get too many ppl to admit it but it takes BIG doses to get BIG,, 4-5g of test a week to start with, thats just the tip.thats why your average joe in the gym who "cycles" (i hate that word) looks good but you dont see too many freaks do you? not many are that serious or dont have the funds to do it all the way.
reality is a b!tch and thats as real an answer as I can give you.

I completely agree with you, I’m just glad to find a few other guys that are getting good results with very long and/or high doses cycles.
I can remember not so long ago I got quite a lot of negative feed back when I revealed I was on 1g of tren a week.

Don't get wrong bro. iam pro-long cycles but not heavy doses, the 1 level should be max. I've friends who did over 1 gram and they had shit load of side effects and medical issues. and yeah LOTS of water.
I noticed "speaking for my self" that after 750 mg/week ot Test my gains are water only, not even strength gains.
Thats why I'm gonna keep lower but longer.

would you mind typing out your daily food intake, times, when you workout?

Id like to see that too! I can baely eat 5 meals a day, 1 every 3hrs. U must eat every 75min or something, crazy. Crazy how people can get so fat and they only eat like 2-3 meals a day but we eat 5-10 meals a day and are in great shape, fu*kin obese america. Like to see the meal portions too.

do you plan on staying on hrt for the rest of your life? I'm assuming so right? I've thought about running 6+ months of test but when i think about the shutdown and recovery issues i cant force myself to want to do it.
good luck with the cycle though, you'll have some great gains

those are guidelines for the normal user. if you choose to go longer, use more and stay on for most of the year the chances are that you will be on forever.
all pros are on trt and cycle continuously. the average person who just wants to look better, still be able to have kids etc and live a somewhat normal life should not be cycling continously and should be doing pct obviously

testosterone replacement therapy/hormone replacement therapy.
basically means you stay on a hormone replacement dose of test to replace your natural production. no pct required since you're turning your balls into decorations.

right but when that happens is thier ever a chance you could come off it and restart your balls??????
also ive heard of people becoming so weak from steroid abuse they can barely walk can that happen????? and if that can really happen is testosterone the only thing those people need to take?????
