    Smile Second Cycle Test E and Dbol

    Alright well lets get all the stupid stuff out of the way when i was 21, i did a decca only cycle and i did it with out doing any research yes yes i know stupid. In all honestly at my size then should I have done a cycle probably not but i managed to gain 35 pounds on 8 weeks of decca, the problem was i didnt PCT properly and i have just a tiny bit of gyno. SO this time I said I was going to do it right and do some reasearch. My size still isnt where all you guys would want it to be for a AAS cycle but I just want your opinions on if I have done my research.

    500mg Test: Shoot twice a week Monday, Thursday so 250mg each day
    40mg: Dbol : Daily split up to 20mg in the morning 20mg right b4 my workout

    Weeks 1-4 Dbol
    Weeks 1-10 Test E
    The only thing I was contemplainting was wether or not to get a AI(arimidex ) or not i already have nolva on hand but i want to use nolva in my PCT.

    PCT
    Start PCT 2 weeks after last Test E injection
    Clomid: 100/100/80/80/80/60/60/40
    Nolva: 60/60/60/40/40/40/20/20

    Here is my workout
    Mondays:
    Chest And Biceps
    Incline Barbell Presses
    Flat Dumbell Presses
    Free Motion Press/Fly Combo(During this i do one rep as a pressing movement then the next as a fly movement, alternating back and forth)
    Cable CRossovers: 2 sets from High, 2 Sets from low
    Biceps:
    Standing Bicep Curls
    Hammer Curls
    Preacher Curls
    Tuesdays
    Legs, Shoulders, Abs
    Legs:
    Hack Squats
    Leg Presses
    Lunges
    Leg Extensions
    Leg Curls
    Shoulders
    Arnold Presses(DB)
    Medial Lateral Raises
    Shrugs
    BTB Shrugs
    Wednesday
    Back and Tricpes
    Back
    Bent Over Barbell Rows
    Deadlifts
    Seated Rows
    Lat Pull Downs
    Triceps:
    CG Bench Press
    Rope Pulldowns
    Seated Triceps Press
    Thursday Off
    The Reapeat
    Every 4-6 weeks i change up my routine by adding intensity, or different execrises

    Diet 4000-4500 Cal daily

    Meal 1: Apon Waking Up
    Whey Protein Shake

    Meal 2: 30 min to an hour later
    3 eggs
    3 egg whites
    1 cup of oatmeal Cooked
    1 Banana
    2 Tbsp Salsa

    Meal 3
    2 Rice Cakes
    1 Apple
    1 Cup of Cottage Cheese

    Meals 4
    4 Pieces Whole weat bread
    8 Oz Turkey or Chicken Deli meat
    Mustard
    1 Cup of salad
    2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegarette

    Meal 5 Pre Workout:
    Whey Protein Shake
    1 apple
    2 Pieces Whole wheat bread w PB

    Meal 6: Post workout
    Whey Protein SHake
    1 Plain Bagel w PB and Jelly

    Meal 7 Dinner
    8 Oz of chicken/Fish
    1 Cup of Brown Rice(Cooked)
    1 cup of Broccoli Cooked
    2 Cups Salad
    2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegarette

    Meal 8 Right befor bed Time
    Caesin Protein Shake
    1 cup of Cottage Cheese

    So there ya go guys....i am going to try and find a way to post some pictures of what i look like when i start and I am definitly going to be doing a log on here for the whoel cycle. The only things I need a little more help on is PCT so your input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Guys
