Tren A and Cyp cycle log
Hi all I have begun my tren ace and Cyp cycle, I am looking fo rsome solid gains on this cycle adn hopefully some leaness. I am following this formula tren ace 100mgs EOD and Test Cyp 250Mgs every 4 days, I will also be taking No Xplode for the duration of the cycle because its one of the few No products I have gotten results with. I am about 6 days in allready and some effects can be felt.
Wednesday 11/26 shot left glute 250mgs test cyp 100mgs tren ace @ 4:00 am consumed 2 servings of NO went to workout from 5:00 to 6:30 am 1 hour weight training and 30 min of cardio.
Friday 11/28 shot left thigh 100 mgs tren @ 12:00 pm went to workout earlier also 2 servings of NO did arms that day and 30 minutes of cardio.
Sunday 11/30 Shot left glute 250 mgs of Cyp 100 of Tren had one serving of NO no workout that day did some pushups and rested.
Thats all so far I have seen some results as far as the vascularity goes and have had some strength gains, no real weight gains but I should start seeing better results as the week progresses . I am trying to keep my diet as clean as possible with a high protein intake, I have 3 muscle milks daily and tomorrow I am starting a stricly chicken veggie and fish diet. I will try to update daily and I do have some before pics I will probably post tomorrow.

Ok arms today superset bi's and tri's noticed great pump and strength gain the test must be starting to work I felt like an animal, after workout went home and shot right thigh 100 tren a, will upddate tomorrow.

Today was rest day my doughter came home from the hosp so I decided to take the day off and celebrate. Also today I take 250mgs of test cyp. This is a breakdown of my last 2 workouts chest and arms.

After workout I usually do 30 minutes of cardio 20 minutes of HIT on the stairmaster (20 sec lvl 9 40 sec lvl 3) afterwards 10 mintes of rowing or elliptical try to keep hr above 160. Go home have a muscle milk with lowfat milk and half a bagle.

also forgot to include my stats 6'0, 205lbs, 13 to 14% bf ( I rather say Im higher than what I am than lower) been working out on and off for about 6 years, been working out seriously for the last 10 months. This is my 4th cycle. these are some before pics about 2 months old need new ones.

ok updated pics the last 2 are from today's shoulder workout the previous ones are from monday. Also oddly enough my pants fit kinda loose this morning might be leaning out the midsection but Im still at the same weight.

What do you mean your pants a fittin loose? Have you been upin the cardio?
I have never taken any Tren but from what I have reading on here, alot guys say it's bomb.
Also is it not easier to taking a shot in the morning?
Iam going to keep following your thread brother you seem to have a nice workout going and you know what your doing. Keep me upto date on How your workouts are Going what are your sets like. Also I am bigtime Cardio Freak Iam courious as to wether or not you think The Test is bothering your Breathing?
You do much cardio?

As far as cardio goes I do 20 minutes on the stairmaster 20 seconds level 9 and 40 seconds level 3, then I do 10 minutes of rowing or elliptical on medium intensity. As far shortness of breath goes I have not had any but the last time I did tren I didn't get any shortness of breath, I also do a lot of of sets because I have found that is what works for me I'm from the school of thought that thinks that in order to grow you have to kick your own ass everyday at the gym I go and give 110% percent and even though it looks like a lot Its what has worked for me. Update I have been keeping up on my shooting schedule of tren eod and test e3d Im starting to feel the pumps and I did chest and triceps today and I looked like an absolute monster also did my first lat shot ever was a lot better than I thought. On other news my wife pinched a nerve on my ass the other day and I could not sit right for 4 days lol other than that everything is great.

Your enthusiam is great and will serve you well. You need to learn that you grow out of the gym not while in it. It's a hard concept to get across, just like getting someone who is trying to lose weigh to eat more.
If you were truly giving 110% effort with every set as you say all of your reps would not end with an even number. I understand your "school of thought" but in order to grow you must stimulate the muscle. I guarantee you this can be done for a muscle like chest with far less than 30 sets if you go to failure and/or beyond.

Thanks for the support guys, I know that I by no means know everything, so with that in mind I appreciate the input, I sincerely do. In other news just came back from the gym I'm updating this as I drink my protein shake today was shoulders ,traps and biceps...yes I know weird but i have been doing bis and tris together for a while so I decided to switch it up. Results are definitely more pronounced now. Keep in mind this is my 2nd week on the cycle I cant wait for week 4 when things really start picking up.

Im loving it I should be done with everything by the end of march, took a nap today and had a dream where some kids kept throwing cans at me from a truck so followed them and beat their ass, very vivid it was actually kinda fun. Either way I ran out of muscle milk and picked up some six star figured I give it a try muscle milk has too much damn fat. Other than that the cycle is goin great looking foreward to back tomorrow I am hoping to break the 20" mark in arms last time I cycled I got to 18 3/4", apetite defiantely up I get hungry at night so im trying to eat as clean as possible so as not to gain unnecessary fat.

Also forgot to mention lat kinda sore from shot yesterday I hope it goes away by tomorrow, also doing another 100 of tren and 250 pf cyp . I have been doing the cyp on my cheeks mainly and the tren troughout I figured mixed its too much gear for on spot and it makes my ass kinda sore which is quite an unconfortabe feeling considering I work in an office. I havent been getting angry for no reason but then again I have always had great control over that.

Ok update did my 100 of tren on my right lat, since it was my first time doing my lats I did not take into account that I had worked out back earlier and it was quite unconfortable. Well noticed strength increase on the back as far as the bent over rows go, also got a great pump. Tomorrow chest and triceps.

Ok new update definitely starting to see some changes some leanness and some new mass I love this shit today my chest felt like it was going to explode, I could see the striations on my chest as I did cable flyes. Oh yeah baby it's starting now.

From your first picture with your shirt off to the second one it definately looks like you're trimming up.. Your waist looks smaller and your shoulders look more balled.. Keep it up, looking good

I just realized, youre doing Test C and Tren A?
Why not do Prop/Tren A?
You have to pin ED anyway? Less water retention with Prop as well...

Well heres the thing I had to rotate the spot and I never done lats so I figured Id try it, as far the Cyp goes I was looking to do a lean bulk water retention albeit, I am considering adding clen to my pct to fix that problem.

hmm... Well my hats off to you bro.. I would pin my lat..lol
I stick with both of the following.
Quads, Glutes, and Delts. It works fine for me...
Anyway, Clen to your PCT will clear up any added BF% you might get from running Cyp.

And so it begins here I am at week 4 of the cycle and the goods are kicking in I have gone up in strength and size and manged to keep the fat off and actually went down to size 32 in the process he he he who said cardio doesent pay off. Also measure my arms today I've gone up about 3/4" in size from 17 to 17 3/4 extremely happy about that chest and abs are showing a little more. I will try to update with pics hopefully tomorrow.

What kinda Routine , Do you have going on with your AB's bro? I have checked your post and I don't see any mention of it. Iam glad that you are seeing some improvements from the Cardio the thing I like the best about cardio is it makes my Skin like paper thin. Have you ever done one of those BF measuring tests? How much weight do throw on now the test is kickin?

yes 265 before the cycle,on cycle I can go up to 350 on the incline bench press as far as abs go I have to make some time for them as I am slacking severly on that department, I have never done a BF measurement I just go by how I look simply because i might not like what I hear and I dont wanna hinder my progress. From my last cycles anywhere from 20 to 30 lbs last cycle I did I ate everything in sight and without cardio I got up to 250lbs my max bench was 405lbs 2 times, if I throw in cardio the gains are more subtle but this time around I am keeping a lean diet and doing plenty of cardio, looking to gain some lean mass.

Ok update did some serious partying this weekend but had a chance to recuperate on sunday I did nothing but sleep and eat I have actually maintained my weight at the same but I have noticeably increased muscle mass I mean do I look like I weigh 208 lbs i eat like a monster but I eat clean and I was expecting some water weight from the cyp but nothing yet I guess Ill have to wait and see.

What meant is how much weight are you adding on to your lifts?
I just came off a little d-bol only cycle and Iam up 15 pounds. I have been getting hurt alot trying to maintan the same lifts maybe Iam just getting out of control or something. How do you stay injury free. you ever have problems?

well so far my lifts have had some mild gains nothing really extreme, in bench i have gone from 265 to 305 for 6 reps and I am also deadlifiting 305 for 5 reps.

very nice i did same thing but i slacked at the end with my pct and now kinda regretting it but i gained a solid fifteen pounds how your weight looking so far?
