D-Bol and Test Cyp cycle log
Okay here's the rundown. I will list my gear for each given week and my body weight for the end of each week while on cycle.
27
6'2"
197 lbs
12-13% bf
Diet: 230+ g protein/day, 300+ g carbs/day, 70+g fat/day = approx 3000cals/day.
Train 4-5 days per week.
Cycle:
Weeks 1-4: 40mgs dbol /day, 400mgs test cyp/week.
Weeks 5-14: 400mgs test cyp/week.
PCT: HCG , Nolvadex .

If you are trying to bulk those cals are way too low.

^^ As is the protein.
And i would advise adding Clomid to the PCT.

Try to eat some more clean cals. Adding a couple of chicken breasts and a couple cups of oats will add about 1000 cals and up your protein and carbs. And I would also add clomid to pct

Read this. It's a little complicated, but it basically explains how clomid does things that nolva doesn't in your pct.

^^^ Thats a good example explaining why Clomid is a must in PCT, but the PCT example Pheedno shows is terribly outdated.
Adex is a bad choice for PCT. Nolva reduces the effectiveness of Adex.

D-bol finished today....so we'll see how much water I really lose now that the Test Cyp is heading into week 5.
Any suggestions for something to add in as a stack, I was considering GH in the new year for 6 months.

kcals are way to low and you should run the test cyp from week 1 till 12 as it takes a few weeks to kick in. Id run 500mg ew and dbol 30mg ed for 4 weeks. You could bridge to pct with dbol also for added mass.
Pct has to consit of clomid id run 150,100,50,50

missed some weeks....sorry guys been busy at work and the gym...
Week 7: 209 lbs (+12 lbs)
Been getting leaner and strength increasing. Heading for a holiday soon and wanted to look half decent in the pics. Gonna eat like a pig and train while away....so I should be up in the mass when I get back and then its balls out from here.

BTW...week 4 I upped the test to 500mg per week....and protein is up around 260g/day.
