As far as posing goes, couple quick tips. On your front lat spread you really want to keep your heels together and most judges will call out the pose that way. On your rear lat and rear double bi, on the leg you are using to display your calf, kick it out AND back in your stance. It will help you set your hamstring, give you better balance and add to your symmetry.
