you are on juice bro. you need to be pushing some weight. 7 sets of fly's and shoulder raises aren't going to cut it. you need to be doing barbell presses, dumbbell incline presses, weighted dips, military presses, dumbbell shoulder press, upright rows.... do some mass growing exercises. also, where is the leg exercises? the split over all is no good. the more i read what you are doing the more i am doubting any success at all with this cycle.
splits should be for example:
#1 chest/triceps
#2 shoulders/abs
#3 back/biceps
#4 legs/ abs
or
#1 chest
#2 shoulders/abs
#3 back
#4 arms
#5 legs/abs
