    1st cycle see pics... 7 weeks in now...

    1st cycle... see pics can you see a difference???
    iam starting week 7 tomz....
    cycle....

    test e 1-12 500mg per week...
    dbol 1-4 35mg ed
    proviron 8-16 20mg ed
    anavar 7-14 50mg ed
    adex .25 ed up to week 8 when i start the prov then will be .25 eod..

    pct 16-19
    clomid 50/50/50/50
    nolva 20/20/20/20
    and adding in some prov 20/20

    diet has been crap for the last 4 weeks cheated every day...and just had the odd chicken breast and tin of tuna for protien... but from tomz it will start again and be strict...

    Nice ,I can see some size improvements but they are a bit slight, however I can notice you are leaner in the mid section...what is/was your goal...bulk up or cut down?
    I am presently at 9 weeks on what is damn near exactly the same cycle
    1-12 sust 2cc per week
    1-4 dbo @50
    6-14 anavar at 60mg
    1-12 adex .50eod
    even our planned pct is the same.
    For comparison whats your stats.../
    I am 5'9" and started at 175, now at 189.
    I am 40+ which you are not...

    hey bud iam 24 5ft9 i was 175 before i started i think but not been on the scales yet.... ye feel like i have lost bf on mid... and that pic was just taken after a sunday roast and a couple of pints.... my goal is to get lean and cut bf near the end... will be hard but think its working a little already... 4 people ie friends and family have said in the last week your looking bigger... and my t-shirts are geting tight so must of put a little size on...cant wait to start to var tomz have you gained any good size ect? .... i think if my diet was on i would of gained more but the test only been kicked in fo a week or 2 up to now...

    Diet will make your money and effort spent on the cycle more worth it. My first cycle was with a little roid knowledge and no diet knowledge. This one has seen me spending more time working on my diet than my cycle and the gains seem way better...but I am too chubby this time and the last two weeks were lost due to unknown reason...I have only 3 weeks left till its beach time and I must make some changes...the folks here are helping. so If I can I will pay it forward and will offer you any advice I can from my experiences...my first will be...write out a diet with the macros...its educational and will make it simple math to play with to measure and manage. Plus as you learn it will not only impress your freinds ,but also give you a way to explain away your sudden noticeable gains.

    my diet was ok when i started but with bein off work for the last 4weeks it just stoped... me bein lazy...

    this my diet.... ye i know it needs work but iam sure its ok to gain some size. ... all meals 3 hours apart.

    full cup of oats, 1 scoop of whey.. 15ml flax seed oil

    tin of tuna... 1 slice of holemeal bread...

    tin of tuna... 2 slices of holemeal bread..

    pwo shake... 15ml flax seed oil

    chicken breast with sweet potato, or brown pasta

    casien shake.

    pro 170g... carb 125g...fat 50g

    my diet is mainly for cutting as my mid section need to go for holiday next year... i have trouble eating always feel sick when on diets...

    i will try and add another tin of tuna in there somewere and some pasta.

    One day ill be looking to do a cycle like yours.

    I must say though and no offence, but if I was doing a cycle I would have my diet in check and wouldn't even consider being lazy about my food intake.

    there is no way that if i had just spent all this money on gear, that i would let it go to waste by failing to keep up with my diet. its only for 10 weeks or so bro, just lug it out and was just wondering if your having any symptoms of gyno ? no flame intended bro. could just be the bodyfat is still abit high, but correct me if im wrong in your picture it looks like your nipples are starting to get abit puffy.

    i know what you are all saying.... from today iam sticking to my diet.... always had puffy nipples from teens not gyno.... got another 7 weeks so should gain more size now with the test bein kicked in... will post pics at the end... does my diet look ok?? mainly to cut with some bulk.

    I see gains in your arms and you have lost good fat from your midsection.....but your diet needs a lot of work.....and i would like to see your lifting routine.......

    ....you are also taking too much gear for a beginner.....

    its going great but still been eating bad the last day or 2 due to crimbo.... luv the var mega pumps and strengh gains... i have put on 11lbs and lost bf so the 11lbs must be mass and cant be bloat as iam on proviorn and .25ed of adex now.. will do a bulk cycle next year when i have lost more bf and this time make sure my diet it right....

    bb press 3 sets
    bb incline press 3 sets
    decline flys 3 sets
    incline flyes 2 sets
    flat flyes 2 sets.

    tries

    skull crush 3 sets
    weighted dips 3 sets
    close grip bp 3 sets

    bies

    hammer curls 3 sets
    db curls 3 sets
    bb curls 3 sets

    shoulders

    front raises 3 sets
    side raises 3 sets
    dont no what the other 1 is called

    traps

    bb front shrugs 3 sets
    bb rear shrugs 3 sets
    db side shrugs 2 sets

    more back workouts ie pull ups bent over rows ect.....

    you are on juice bro. you need to be pushing some weight. 7 sets of fly's and shoulder raises aren't going to cut it. you need to be doing barbell presses, dumbbell incline presses, weighted dips, military presses, dumbbell shoulder press, upright rows.... do some mass growing exercises. also, where is the leg exercises? the split over all is no good. the more i read what you are doing the more i am doubting any success at all with this cycle.

    splits should be for example:

    #1 chest/triceps
    #2 shoulders/abs
    #3 back/biceps
    #4 legs/ abs

    or

    #1 chest
    #2 shoulders/abs
    #3 back
    #4 arms
    #5 legs/abs

    not enough food. stop with the shakes, and eat whole food. do something like this maybe

    #1 eggs/oats
    #2 chicken/potato
    #3 tuna/broccoli
    #4 chicken/potato
    #5 tuna/broccoli
    #6 chicken/potato

    portion sizes will be directly related to daily calorie needs.

    thanks for the info.... can you give me a chest workout and how many sets ect?

    on my chest were it says bb thats barbell presses so iam doing 6 sets of them and 7 sets of flys?

    also is my trap workout ok? my arms are geting big so think that workout is ok.... just need a good chest and trap workout.... i have bad shoulders so cant do much with them....

    do what you can for your shoulders. just remember whatever effort you put in in exercise is equal to what you get out. if you slack on something dont complain if something appears out proportion or weak.

    chest:

    warm up barbell bench - 1 to 2 sets- 10-15 reps- whatever weight thats not to heavy that can get the muscle warm.
    barbell bench press - 4 sets- heavy as hell with good form-8-10 reps
    incline dumbbell bench - 4 sets - heavy as hell with good form - 8-10 reps
    weighted dips - 4 sets -10 reps
    optional:
    cable fly's - 4 sets 10 reps - slow and really focus on feeling your chest burn.

    Pics.... 2 WEEKS AFTER CYCLE... YE I KNOW NOT MADE AS MUCH AS I COULD OF DUE TO MY DIET WAS NOT ON TRACK.... WAS ONLY EATING 1500CALS PER DAY...MY MAIN GOAL WAS TO CUTT NOT MASS. LESSON LEARNT.

    oh from week 10 i started to grow rapid alot of the size came in the last 2 weeks? it was like the test kicked at week 10??

    and after doing a search on my online supplier i found out that my test e is not as strong as it should be ect... also faked there lab results???

    how do you have a tat on your right arm in the before pic and in the after pic you have no tat on your right arm but it is now on the left ? seems strange to me?

    cardio i use the cross trainer half an hour 3-4 times per week.

    only just started doing abs about 4 weeks ago all i do is the ab lounge 4 sets and decline weighted sit ups 4 sets... 2x per week.... my top and middle abs are starting to pop out big time so iam going to add a lower ab workout something like hanging leg raises... in the pics cant really see my abs but the top 4 are coming out fast and nice.

    i do all my workouts in my room dont go gym..
